After looking at the size guide I decided to order my 45lbs Viszla cross (same size a the Dalmatian which is advertised to fit the MEDIUM) a LARGE just to be on the safe side. I figured he could still wear it if it was a little big and I could even take it in if needed. However, the large that was advertised as fitting Boxers and German Shepherds (average weights 50-80lbs and 75-100lbs respectively per AnimalPlanet.com) barely fit my 30 pound collie cross foster dog.
With that being said the shirt was really cute and seemed to be made fairly well so if you are interested in getting this for your furry friend I suggest either going in store to check it out or order the size you think they should wear and the size up. That way you can return the one that doesn't fit in store.

It's a nice shirt but the size seems to be off compared to the size chart they had. I recommend buying one size bigger.
