Good For Bearded Dragons

I bought these to use on my bearded dragon and they worked great. I just wrapped him up in a blanket and started trimming, he actually was falling asleep. I felt a little queasy trimming his nails but luckily the clippers were sharp enough that each nail cut very quickly.
Over all I would recommend these to others.

Does not provide a clean clip and the nails are very rough. Blade does not appear to be sharp enough to provide a smooth clip. I have used this on my two cats. Will not purchase again and am looking for a better quality nail clipper.

I have tried many nail clippers for cats and I have found these to be the most satisfactory in terms of ease of use and effective nail clipping (as well as price). The hinge moves easily and the blades have remained sharp for months. I can clip my cats' nails quickly without worrying about cutting them.

Bought for my pups

I went to Petsmart looking for a nail clipper for dogs but the employee there recommended that I use cat nail clippers because they're much smaller since my pups are tiny. I was lucky to grab these because they were the last one on the shelf. This was my first time cutting my dogs nails and they got the job done very quick. They were easy to use and didn't hurt my dogs even though I'm a rookie at this. (I didn't cut into the quick thank goodness and one of my puppies had clear nails while one had black. The black nails were a bit tougher to cut!) I recommend this to small dog owners and I'm sure it will work well for cats also, as it is supposed to be :)

These scissors are not sharp enough. They don't leave a clean cut across the nail.

I love these little scissors! They make clipping nails quick and painless. The only thing that I don't like is the little rubber rings in the finger holes pop out easily.
