I love this canned food variety and so do my cats. I also like that there's 3 varieties in one package so the cats don't get sick of only having one flavor to eat. I only wish they sold this in bigger size cans, as in not only 3 oz. cans but 5-7 oz. cans too but they don't.
The food is probably very good, although my cat turns her nose up at it or eats very little of it. She does the same thing with tuna. I am suppose to feed her 1/4 can two times a day and I am lucky if she eats just 1/4 once a day. I will be giving this food to a pet rescue for the cats there.
"We have a 20 year old part Main Coon cat that has been on Hills Science diet for about 15 years. Over the last year he had become lethargic, didn't bathe himself well, essentially, he ate a little, slept a lot and went potty. He had been on 7+ adult mobility and the store clerk recommended the 11+ Age Defying food. After two weeks we saw a change in him. He was awake more, started playing and talking a little, but he was underweight by about 2 pounds. A week ago we started him on soft food Nature Adult 7+ 3 oz. one time per day along with his free feeding dry food 11+ Age Defying. Wow! He is awake, playing chase, bathing himself, talking and purring like crazy and is an all around happy cat. You would never guess he was 20 years old. Thank you Hills Science Diet!!!"
I have a 15 year old cat who was getting skinny and sick looking but he was active and climbing and jumping. His old food wet and dry wasn't getting eaten much. I noticed his mouth was bothering him and I switched to Hills science diet for mature cats wet and Hills Science Diet Senior dry food. He took to it immediately. I fed him this one time and was going to try to feed him some of his old food to use it up I figured I'd alternate which wet food I gave him. He wouldn't even eat his old wet after tasting this and he has never been picky on taste. I think this is truly easier for him to eat both the Science Diet Senior dry food and Science Diet mature wet food and healthier for him. I've been feeding him the wet only a little over a week and the dry a few days. I've really noticed an increase in how much he will eat and how happy he is. I would buy this in a heart beat. I only wish I knew about this years ago. If you read this, buy it. It is much healthier and he seems to love it.
