This is by far the best grooming brush I have ever used when bathing my dogs. Other brushed are not bendable and it's hard to clean his legs. With this brush I can scrub my little ones back, legs, and tail. this brush bends! Really well and it won't slip out of my hands because its really secured. I see tons of hairs on the glove so I know it's doing the job right, and it is really easy to clean.
Pros: gentle

I used one of these gloves in the bathing area of my salon for several months.
While I never tried using it for hair and lint pickup , I used it for lathering really hairy double coated dogs and and applying shedding solutions. The dogs seemed to enjoy the massage and the glove helped work shampoo and conditioners in deeply. Another plus: this glove was wet about 12 hours a day,but with a good rinse and clean up daily it didn't get moldy or mildewed! I just blew off the hair with a salon dryer, but you could probably go over it with a soft brush or vacuum when it's dry.
Pros: Shed Prevention, gentle
Cons: Tangles Hair

The glove is definitely designed for people with bigger hands. I have small hands and can just barely grip the insides of it. The plus side is that there's straps located inside to help give you a better grip, and you can adjust the velcro wrist strap to help keep it firmly on your hand. The rubber nubs does help a lot when it comes to bathing and getting a deep clean scrub, especially for my German Shepherd. However, if there's hair stuck in between the nubs, forget trying to pluck them out, it will take forever. I actually just used a vacuum hose to get the hairs out. The fabric side and the rubber nubs don't really create much static electricity, so it doesn't really work efficiently as a "lint" brush as described. But overall, if you just need something to pre-groom your pet before a bath, and then using it to really get a good lather and a deeper clean, then this is the right product for you. Just don't expect it to pick up very much lint, loose hair, etc. as the product advertises.
Pros: good massaging glove, rubber nubs help lather and get a deeper clean, adjustable velcro wrist strap, hand straps inside the glove, machine washable
Cons: doesn't work efficiently as a lint brush, hard to pluck out loose hairs from in between nubs

I got this for my little Pekingese because he is terrified of his regular brush.
I'm giving it a four star overall rating because he loves the mitt. He gets excited when he sees it and it makes him feel good.
I'm giving it a three for performance because while it does brush the hair a little bit, I don't think it's a substitute for when a dog needs a really good brush out. Also, the side that is supposed to pick up hairs doesn't really pick much of anything up. I could probably gather more just using my hands.
Anyway, this isn't a bad glove. Like I said, my dog loves it. It's just not going to replace a regular brush if your dog is inclined to matting or catch that much hair if they shed a lot.
Give it a try if you want to pamper your pet.
