Used it on my 2 indoor cats who had a few fleas and I also bombed my home. It is now 3 weeks later and the home has no fleas that we see ( on rugs, bedding, etc), but the cats are INFESTED worse than before the Frontline was applied!! I called the 800# on the box of Frontline as it said satisfaction guranteed (it better for $100 bucks!) The women said the policy is that I must use the product for 3 months and if still not working then I can get money back with a receipt. WHAT THE HECK?? So my kitties have to suffer with fleas for 2 more months before they will stand behind their terrible product? I will NEVER EVER buy this again nor would I recommend anyone else to, unless you want to wait 3 months to be fleas free ( and thats if it works after 3 months!)

My roommate moved in a bunch of old couches that had fleas on them and both my indoor cats started scratching.
I used Frontline Plus on both of my cats and after a week of daily brushing I am still finding live fleas on them.
Since I already treated the furniture and we have hardwood floors it has to be the Frontline that is ineffective since I have not seen a single flea on the furniture nor have I suffered any bites. I will be trying Advantage next month to see if it works better.

Ive used Frontline for years. These last few months it has not worked. Frontline said my yard must be infested. I switched to Advantage and had no more problems. I can only guess that something really has changed with the original Frontline product.

Have had the yard sprayed, vaccumed and sprayed the inside, treated the dog with AcuGuard from the vet and used Frontline Plus on the cats for the last two and a half months. It did reduce the number of fleas, especially on the short hair, but the Persian has not had much progress. Both cats are indoor cats, but the dog must have brought them in. Very frustrated and think that shaving the Persian and using a comb with the Frontline may help, but not happy with that.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: didn't work

After trying other inferior products, the search was on for an effective flea and tick treatment. We tried Frontline Plus for our cat, as well as our dog, and we've never looked back! Application of the product is quick and easy. The small (and temporary) oily spot in between their shoulder blades is a small price to pay for the protection it provides. Our cat does try to lick at the spot where we've applied it, but she can never get quite close enough to reach it, so no worries there.
Yes, it CAN be pricey, however, each application can last beyond the suggested time frame, making it more cost effective. An excellent product!
Pros: effective, easy to use
Cons: price
