My dog has allergies and I had taken her to the vet several times, bought like 6 different types of meicated shampoo, then changed her food from Nutro to Bil-jac to Blue to Wellness. Finally, she has stopped the compulsive licking. I also like that the pieces of food are bigger so she has to chew them instead of just swallowing like she did with the other food. Her weight is good and her coat is shiny.

I have a 8 yr. old Jack Russell and she is really more satisfied with Wellness, before with other brand she would eat without chewing and always seamed hungary. With Wellness she actually eats slower and chews every bit and enjoys it. Wish I would have discovered Wellness long ago as it's far better for her health. I tell everyone that I know that they to should switch to Wellness (Complete Health Super 5 mix). Besides the above reasons her coat is softer whiter and sheds alot less.

I started using wellness when we brought home a Boxer with mange. It cleared up with meds and now his coat is so shiney and he is doing wonderfully. Well it was getting a little silly to have to buy two kinds of dog food so slowly I switched the Norwegian Elkhound over to Wellness too! WoW! what a difference in her. Less shedding, more energy, she is playing and running like a puppy again! She is even playing with and chasing the Boxer around. And she will eat it without addins. I am so pleased with Wellness. Wellness for Life!!

My Golden Retriever has allergies and after try other quality food brands this one gave us the best results. He loves it. His allergies are under control. We're very thankful with Wellness, our dog is healthy and happy.

OUR BEAUTIFUL LAB wouldn't eat her food. We tried all the brands. Molly's trainer asked us just to try the WELLNESS FOODS. She loved it. I'm so glad she is eating and getting the best we can give her. Her coat is so shiny............

I was surprised when I tried this food as I was already using another highly rated food but after the first bag I was able to see a difference in the condition of my dogs' coats. I was so surprised as I had not expected to see that much of a difference as I have always used a high quality food for my dogs. Definitely, made a believer out of me.

My beagle had really itchy skin and itchy paws. I took him off chicken entirely and went to lamb and fish oils after reading reviews and articles online about other dogs who had possible food allergies. His itchiness has stopped after 1 6lb bag of Wellness and his coat is very shiny and soft. The probiotics have helped keep his stool compact and relatively small. The price at Petsmart is really really good compared to their national competitors who charge a couple bucks more per bag. Wellness also gives away monthly coupons for $2-$3 off which helps alot too. The kibble is very palatable where our dog will drool as we measure and pour his meals. Mealtimes weren't even an issue b/c well...he's a beagle! If you stick to the feeding guidelines, your dog will not be overweight.

Pros: great ingredients, very palatable/tasty for dogs, probiotics

Cons: little pricey compared to other national brands
