One cat I rescued from a shelter, and they were feeding her the ScienceDiet Kitten Healthy Development. Then two weeks later got a little kitten from the side of the road. He immediately started eating the ScienceDiet(watered down to be squishy) and had no bowel issues. When I decided to go all "prissy," and got the all natural foods(tried two of the "best" kinds) one or the other would have loose stools plus they were not as interested in the food. Then I decided to go back to ScienceDiet instead getting the indoor kitten type. They were so excited when I was feeding them they would try and get to the food before mixed with there old stuff. It has been a week and they are already back to normal even with just some mixed into the old kind. So worth it can't wait till I can be rid of the "natural prissy food" all together. And I am sure they are too. WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND AND TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!
Pros: high quality, digestible, taste
Cons: price

My kitty "Pringle" has been eating this since we rescued her, from 3 months old to now, 7 months old. (We got her from PetSmart too!) She has grown a lot, and is very healthy. She seems to like it, and dry food is better for their digestion. I have this out in a bowl all the time, and then give her one teaspoon of wet food twice a day; and that seems to work well. However, this food is a total and balanced diet that kitties thrive on. This seems like a very quality product, and I highly recommend it.

Science Diet is the only kitten food that has NOT given my babies diarrhea. We feed our puppy Science Diet Large Breed puppy food. So I figured we should try the kitten food. We are very happy with it!! I definitely recommend trying it!

Food is extremely bitter and the cats, both adult and kitten, refuse to eat it. Also gives the kitten diarrhea. I will never purchase it again.

This is the kitten food they fed to the kittens at the shelter where I adopted one of my cats. I have stuck with the Science Diet brand since then (4 years). It is more expensive but worth it because helps keep cats healthier than when feeding them cheap food. Feeding cats cheap food is like you eating cheap food every day.
Pros: good for kittens, good brand, helps kittens health
Cons: a bit more expensive but worth it
