The first one I got her didn't last long, she tore out the feathers and then it disappeared. She's on her second one now and it's been around awhile. She LOVES it! She will walk around with it in her mouth, bring it to me to play fetch, and she comes running when I pick it up and crinkle it! It's great! :)
I just got a kitten who is now in love with it too and they frequently fight over it. I might have to get another one. ;)

My cat goes crazy for his fowl! It's a great way for us to play with him (he loves the crinkling and the feathers, and often plays fetch), but he also loves to play with it on his own. When our cat is in "crazy mode," he often runs through the house with fowl in his mouth. Happiest customer ever... and so are we. ;)

You can tell when you handle it in the store that its well-made. If your cat loves feathers, and things that rustle or crackle, this one is a good buy. My kitten just discovered it and has been rolling around the floor 'fighting' it.

I had to stop into Petsmart for food, and decided to pick up a toy or two for my kitten and senior cat.
I saw this one and the kitten has not stopped playing with it at all. Feathers were ripped off within a week, and so were the 'feet'. But the body is still intact. My senior cat likes it too, but she prefers catnip stuffed toys.
Overall, worth the price!

I adopted my cat from the animal shelter my local PetSmart supports through the adoption program about two months ago. She's only a year old and has become a member of the family! I found it so hard finding a toy that she actually enjoyed because most toys just didn't seem to be up to her standards. Not even cat nip toys worked! I picked this up off the shelf, as well as two other toys, and as soon as I got it home, she was ecstatic!! Whenever we have company, she loves to show off her fetching ability and runs across the house with it in her mouth. I literally play fetch with her for hours and when my alarm clock goes off in the morning, she runs off the bed and brings it to me, setting it on my pillow.

My five month-old kitten LOVES this little birdy! It is the perfect size for tiny mouths and is easy for her to carry around the house--and I get a huge kick out of watching her 'stalk her prey.' The sturdy feathers and crinkle noise are a nice change from standard mini mice. Your baby will love it!

My 5 month old kitten just loves this toy. If I pick it up and squeeze it to make the crinkle noise, he'll dash in from across the house to come get it from me! He carries it around in his mouth, kicks at it with his back feet, and chases it around! A visiting friend, astonished at how vigorously my kitty was playing with this toy, asked me if the toy was moving on its own! It's also a very durable toy - all the feathers are still intact three months later.
