my 2 kittens were on a more expensive food that had alot of by products in it and it was giving them bad gas. Iswitched to authority and the gas is gone and the kittens cannot wait for me to open the can in the mornings.

Good high quality cat food at a good price

I have 2 still massively growing formerly feral kittens that we have been raising since they were 5 -6 wks old when they were abandoned by their mama outside of our house. They are now nearly 8 months old and are happy, healthy, spoiled rotten housekittens. Through trial and error with various other higher end brands of cat food we discovered that our babies really respond to and love Authority kitten food. It is also (thankfully) available in a larger can size than a lot of canned kitten foods since our 2 kids go through about a 5.5 oz can a day in addition to their dry food! Very happy with Authority canned kitten food...looking forward to when they turn 1 yr old and can be switched to Adult food since there is a lot more flavor variety available.

My kitten LOVES this food. He actually meows as soon as he sees me hold it. The ingredients are prime. Real proteins, vitamins, and minerals. It's cost friendly, too. My kitten couldn't be any healthier, will be feeding him this for LIFE.

My kitten liked the taste, but it gave him terrible gas. Switched him to Blue Wilderness, and it's worked out a lot better.

Amazing Kitten Food!

This is an amazing food product. I just adopted 2 kittens 8 weeks old from Pet Smart.
This brand was recommended to me by a Pet Smart employee who informed me of all the benefits of this product. It does not have all the "Junk" that other Big Name brands have in theirs. Authority is a very good quality of kitten/cat food in a price budget that I can afford.
When reading the ingredients on the Authority package and comparing it to other Big Named brands I quickly understood what the Pet Smart employee was saying to me. I am so appreciated for the knowledge and being directed to it.
My 2 little bundles of joy love it! They are on Authority Dry Food and the Authority Canned Food. When I open up a can of the Authority canned food they come running for it. They clean their dishes until there is nothing left!
I’m so happy knowing that my 2 little kittens are eating healthy and loving it at the same time!
I am totally recommending Authority Food!

They Love It!

We have two Birman kittens (brothers) that are 5 months old and the breeder we bought them from had been feeding them this food since they weaned from Mom. She recommended we continue with it and we have. They LOVE it! The ingredients are very good - I just wish there were more varieties than two in this kitten food. The only down side is it's kind of stinky. Our birmans are thriving and loving it like crazy.

Lamb and Liver

We're trying to ensure our boys have bit of viarety with their food. Not just the same stuff. So, I picked up a can each of these.

They really took a shine to it. And, as a lover of lamb myself, I'm happy to be able to feed it to our boys. Not much for kittens has lamb.

We buy the larger for the price, it just makes more sense.

And the ingredients are good with very little fiber.

My cats walked away from this

Based on the previous review, I bought several cans of the Chicken & Lamb formula to try with my three kittens. All three walked away from this and wouldn't touch it even though they are good eaters. After waiting 30 minutes to see if they would change their minds, I tried another brand (Avoderm) and they ate it immediately. Not wanting to waste the other two cans, I tried them on a stray cat I've been feeding outside who always eats everything -- he wouldn't touch it either.

Great value & food

I have 2 8-month old boys who will eat anything & everything. I was considering some lower priced brands when I came across this, read the ingredients & was very impressed. The price was on par with your average non-generic type foods, but the ingredients look better. My guys prefer quantity to quality, luckily, they have mom looking out for them. :)
