i got this to use for my new bunny and cut out the longest side so he could get it, its still a little big but im happy with it for the price compared to the small animal litter boxes.

I think this is the best litter box I have gotten so far. It is big so the cat can move around and do its business. It hasn't broken yet or cracked.

cracks too easily

I bought the large version of this pan and the size is perfect. It is long enough for the cat to turn around in and high enough that she doesn't stand in the box and urinate over the side. The first time I moved the litter-filled pan it cracked. I duct taped it all the way around to reinforce it and kept using it. I bought another one and duct-taped it before even washing it. I've probably used it for four months and today it cracked after I washed it. All I did was pick up the empty pan by the end. The size and shape is perfect for my needs but I wish the product was made of a stronger plastic without the hole in the rim.

My cat throws litter all over the place. We got the smaller version of this box (18" long and 5" or so deep) and it has helped a lot, although with the fineness of clumping litter she still drags it out of the box. It works much better than the more shallow box I used to have. I don't know what the reviewer before me is talking about when he/she said it is shorter on one side. All sides of this box are the same height. I highly recommend it.

My son and I purchesed these litter boxes for our four cats because of the size. Two of our cats are quite large. Within a week they were already cracked. We couldn't return them as we had nothing else to use at the time. We went back to Petsmart to get something different and when my son picked one up it cracked in his hand right in the store. We had to get better ones but they were smaller and at first one of our cats urinated on the floor right next to the box. We were so disappointed in these. We think they are garbage.

I own a pot bellied pig named LaRoo. She is now litter boxed trained thanks to this litter box. She just hops in, does her business, and hops out. Very simple. So if you own a pig, use this litter box!!!!

I bought my litter pan and scoop and was on a budget. I was thinking of upgrading but that won't be happening he seems very content and the price was way reasonable. This brand is great especially if you are not looking to spend a whole heck of a lot.

The litter box doesn't look like much but it does its job.Its durable and easy to clean.Its a good litter box if you need a cheap one ASAP(like I did).I have had it for a week and so far so good.

Purchased the large, open litter box as a "bathroom upgrade" for my cat. Didn't even get the box from automobile to home before the box had a crack. These new boxes resemble the old, Rubbermaid model, but the new boxes have zero flexibility--there's no comparison.

Bunny Litter Box!

Lol, I use this for my bunny... I just fill it up with bunny litter and he poops in there! ^_^ Works great for him. Can be difficult to wash out, though. Definitely does NOTHING to hide smell, if you have a cat.

Great Liyyer box

I seen this litter box and say the size and with 3 cats I need a extra Large litter box. This litter box is great but as staed in an earlier post the sides are low which is great as I have 1 cat who is a senior cat and had problems with my last litter box but on this one the sides are low and if you have a flinger like me you have a mess everytime you go to scoop. Also the box is not the strongest made thing and the first time i Went to dump the litter to clean the litter the box cracked nothing a little duct tape could not fix. Overall I am pleased with the litterbox and would get another one.

Pros: great price and the xlarge size is great

Cons: low side not great if you have a flinger, not the best quality

This litter box is functional on many levels -- if you have a cat/kitten that requires lower sides and more space, this is a great option. I have a cat that likes to really move the litter around, but so far she has not made a mess. Great price also. This is my second choice box because PetsMart has this other one which is the absolute best litter box I have ever used: Whisker City® High-Back Open Pan -- make sure you check it out too!
