We wanted to get a collar that was double ply and more expensive but the Petsmart we were at was out of stock. We decided to go for a less expensive one because it was in stock in our dog's size. After using it only twice, one of the rivets that hold the buckle portion down popped out. Returned the item and was promptly refunded the money. $11.99 is too little to spend on a leather collar that will last.
