We have a ton of fun watching our kitten grab the ball in his mouth and run around the house, dragging the stick behind. We also use it like it is meant to be used and he has a blast with it.
I do notice that when our kitten grows a bit bigger, we may have some issues as the feather part doesn't seem to attach very well to the stick.
So far it has lasted us a couple of weeks and the kitten plays with it daily. As does my husband!

My cats LOVED this product. Both my 2yrold cat and 1yrold cat. The only problem is the quality is horrible. My kitties where given 3 of these as gifts from their kitty grandma. The day I brought home the toys, one of the feather boa came off the ball. The other two lasted slightly longer, both the strings pop of the wands. After tying them back together, the boa feathers eventually came off the ball, and one the string broke off. I know I have some rough lil' boys, but the quality is lacking on this toy.

This is the one toy that she has NEVER tired of! She has played with it for 8 months now. We tried to throw it away after all the feathers were pulled off, the stick broke and the plush ball split down the side (she is a rough player), but she was found it and started carrying the sad little toy around all day. So, I am ordering several today to stock up, so we don't have to play with the broken one anymore. Definitely recommend this toy for active kittens!

I purchased this as the closest toy to the rattle-ball with a feather on a bungee/ wand they made until a few weeks ago. This one is made with a string, so there is no give,and after 10 minutes of waving it, and the kitten only batting at it, it broke. The string pulled out from the top of the wand as the weight of the ball on the end with no give on the string was too much. The older one last for months, even with the kitten playing rough with it and pulling on it. Not that any pet toy under $5 is expected to be very well made, but they have updated it with cheaper materials and it is not worth the money. I would rather pay the $1 more it used to be to have it actually work.
