Used Frontline for many years with excellent results until recently when I discovered my cats completely covered in fleas as well as my entire house. I used it faithfully once every month but for some reason it stopped working. It took loads of work and expense to get rid of the fleas in my house. I started using a different flea control product on my cats and that took care of the fleas but it does not kill ticks so I'm not sure what to do about that.

I have used every flea control product on the market. Frontline plus is the ONLY product out there that actually works, consistantly. I will never use another product again. Frontline Plus is an outstanding product.

My cats are inside cats but one got out for 5 minutes. I bought four doses from our vet. It's been about a month and a half. My cats still have fleas after two doses and a house, furniture, and linen treatment. I called Frontline to complain and apparently I am a moron and don't understand anything about fleas. Now I read reviews for other products and wish I had invested in something different than wasting $50.00.

I bought frontline last year for my kitten trying to get rid of fleas and it didnt work at all i literally was giving it to her as much as i could and it did nothing at all to help her like the fleas are completely immune to it we didnt get rid of them till we bought advantage II and bombed our house 2 times and also a regular spraying of the carpet so this year i made the mistake of buying the dog one for my dogs thinking it would be fine and work on the dogs maybe but nope it did the same thing and now we have fleas again so time to buy more advantage II dont waste your money on FRONTLINE

We live in a rural area,but neither the dog or cat has had a flea problem. We typically put Frontline on them every 1-2 months to prevent infestation.
The kitty is indoor/outdoor and he's a hunter. Unfortunately, he killed a cotton tail rabbit :-( that was covered with fleas and dragged it to the porch. He, the dog and the porch were hopping with fleas. We buried the bunny, treated the porch and put Frontline on both the cat and the dog. Within 48 hours both pets were flea free and could come in the house again. I highly recommend it.

Applied 10 days ago, has not killed a single flea. I think they've gotten worse. I always used advantage in the past and it worked immediately. Maybe the fleas have mutated to become immune to this product. I'm returning the unused portion and I honestly wish I could get a refund on the portion I used as it did absolutely nothing.

A sanctuary for 50 unadoptable cats, we bought hundreds of dollars of frontline plus, which worked well a year ago. This year it totally failed ~ horrible to watch limbless cats trying to scratch incessantly. Had to wait, watch them suffer, before applying hundreds of dollars of another product, which worked!

purchased this product and used it on my two cats who are inside cats and have never had fleas but caught them from visiting dogs. Used it exactly as directed. One week later both cats still have live fleas and are miserable. Going to have to take them to a vet for a flea dip. Do not recommend this product at all. Expensive and utterly useless.

I've used Frontline Plus successfully for years. I have a feral cat colony on my property, and when I get the opportunity to put it on them, it works. Also, I use it on my pets, and they don't have fleas. Since they all hang out in the same general areas, I am certain it must be working on them all.

This product does not work well on cats. According to my Vet, the cat's skin is too dry and this product is not as effective as other products to kill fleas. Other topical products that are more of a systemic product works much better. If you are going to spend the money to eradicate fleas, use another product that will be worth the expense and will kill the fleas.
