Blue Buffalo Healthy Gourmet Canned Cat Food

When it comes to fine dining, feline-style, there's nothing quite like Blue Buffalo Healthy Gourmet Flaked Entrees. It's a wonderful combination of texture and taste that will delight your cat's palate day after day.

I'll admit that my kitten is spoiled because this is one of the first foods I fed to him. I like feeding my cats healthy foods without corn or by-products. This is one of the first foods I fed my kitten after his rescue, and it's the only food he'll eat on a regular basis. I've tried other brands (Evo, Wellness, Avoderm, Halo). He'll eat some of the others some of the time, but he gobbles the Healthy Gourmet Flaked Chicken down every time. I think it's the texture of the food that he loves. My foster cat loves it too, and they both have silky, shiny coats and tons of energy. I'd recommend this food to anyone who has a picky (or spoiled) cat.
Pros: cats love it.

I have 3 cats between the ages of 5 and 7. For years I was feeding them Friskies prime cuts and after learning how bad the ingredients were for them (particularly Manganese Sulfate) I decided to switch to a healthier brand and one that doesn't contain all of the bad stuff. I tried all different premium lines (Avoderm, EVO, Science Diet Culinary Creations, etc) and my cats wouldn't even bother trying the food. After giving Blue Spa a try, they eat it up and without any problems! While my cats don't care for the Blue Spa Select line (I think because it doesn't look like chunks of meat), they gobble up the Blue Spa Healthy Gourmet ESPECIALLY the Sliced version rather than the Flaked.
Yes, the food is a bit pricey, but in the long run it's better for your cats and hopefully, will reduce vet bills. You wouldn't feed your family garbage everyday, right? So why do that to your pets?
Pros: my cats give me no problems eating this line., it's healthier for your cats.
Cons: cost (compared to other brands), only comes in 3 oz cans for now rather than 5.5 oz, only comes in 2 flavors.
