I have two small breed dogs who are known to have that on/off "reverse sneeze" because of the flexible cartilage around their windpipes. I had read an article that said this particular supplement could help build up that cartilage and I started them both on it. Not a high dose. They actually each get half of this chewable, liver-tasted tablet in the morning food and their dinner food. They have been on it for over a year, and I can attest that they have fewer episodes of that scary noise where you think they cannot breathe. It is so worth a try, you will see a difference.

My dog seems to be better after he has he tablet and when we give him the tablet he waits for us to put it in his bowl. I think he looks at it as a treat and people say taste as a pro or con I guess my dog seems to like the taste because he eats them.

I own two Pembroke Welsh Corgi's. They are both five years old right now, and one has started to get stiff joints. He would stop going up the stairs and running around, he'd lay around most of the time. Also he'd whimper at the bottom of the stairs, so we had to carry him up them at night.

After a visit with the vet, I was told to try a Glucosamine pill along with Fish oil. After a week Roscoe has gotten more spunk back! He isn't at the point of running around yet, but he will go on short bursts. Also he went up the stairs on his own today! I am VERY pleased with these pills!

The only problem is, they aren't very appealing to the Roscoe. So I just cover them with peanut butter, and no problem.

Pros: works great, price

Cons: Taste
