Wider and deeper stair landings for small and large dogs. Carpet tread removes easily and is machine washable. Rubber grippers on bottom keep step secure and in place. Snaps together very easily. Step height 5". Top step depth 12.25", 2nd step depth 11.5".

We bought these steps for our Min-Pin so he could jump up on our high tempurpedic bed without assistance. After only a few days of training with treats he learned he can use these steps to get on the bed by himself. Now, 3 months later, he uses them everyday without hesitation. He probably thinks we got them just for him!!!?

My cat is 15 and weighs 18lbs. I bought these for her because they were wider and deeper than many other steps I saw online and she goes up and down them without a problem. I highly reccommend them for any pet!

Although I live far from a Pet Smart, I always stock up on any and all pet supplies I need when I visit one. I have always been happy with my pet supplies from Pet Smart. So when I needed a step for my 10-year old puppy, I immediately found what I needed for her, online. I ordered it and when it arrived, it exceeded my expectations. Not only was it constructed of heavier, more durable material than I imagined, but the steps were exactly the right height . Also the steps had removable cleanable carpet. The color blends well with furniture and the steps are also heavy enough to prevent tipping. I would rate this item very highly.

This stair is sturdy and the steps have good traction for my 2 Shih Tzu puppies. They were nervous with a previious stair that was too steep and narrow and refused to use it.
I was specifically looking for a wider step that was deeper and not too steep, just like what people like to use. This fit the bill perfectly. I put a rubber mat under it as I have maple floors and now it is slip-free. Now the girls go up and down whenever they choose.

As my dogs age they risk hurting themselves jumping on and off the bed so it is a good investment to save an ACL or spinal injury later. I have two friends whose 20 lb dogs hurt themselves getting into or out of beds and $2k and 8 weeks of rehab later....
The cover fit well and makes the steps look less plasticky. A little praise and they got used to using them fairly quickly. Not a decorators dream but dog homes are what they are.

This is a good product for my older dog, who is very persnickety about the COLOR of a ramp or step or anything she is expected to put her feet upon. For some reason this beige means "safe" to her, whereas our gray ramp telegraphs "danger--do not step here." Time to paint the ramp.
It comes disassembled but once you have done the easy snap-together construction, you have a very strong little step that will not fail your stumble-footed pet. It sits solidly and the step surface grips the paw well.
