Our cat begs to be brushed every evening with this brush. It is like a massage. She stands up on the edge of the chair and gives us a "high five" which means she wants to be brushed.

I used this on my Golden who normally doesn't like to be groomed. He loved it! Getting another one as a back up...in case he decides to chew on it!

For the Sensitive Dog!

My labradoodle hates being brushed--we have softly used a slicker brush on him for several years in order to pick up his undercoat. When I reach for the brushes, he's always running off and when we finally corner him, he acts as though he is always looking for his quickest escape. So, we finally decided to look at new brushes.
We ended up going with this one since it seemed to be the softest one on the market that would still work with pulling some of the undercoat. I have not yet tried it on mats, but boy does he love this brush! I can easily move it in any direction on him (to pick up hair in the various directions it grows on his partly-curly coat), and the best part is that he relaxed and almost fell asleep while I was using it on him! In ten minutes of use, I had to empty the brush three times--and my dog wanted more! He followed me around for several minutes afterward, putting his muzzle under my hand (even though I was not holding the brush anymore).
If you have a dog who hates being brushed, try this one out!

I bought this brush for my Pug Emma. She really seems to enjoy it like a massage. She becomes very laid back and tranquil.
