Effectiveness
I purchased these bags thinking the scented bags would be helpful for a smelly trash can. The bags do not have much of a scent but are easy to open and use. Sometimes opening the bag is half the battle. No rips which is nice for clean hands.

I wouldn't buy these for the scent (I only noticed it when I first opened the package), but I would recommend these as great bags for picking up waste. I never had a single bag tear while picking up after my dogs. They are large enough that I could pick up after both my 10 lb. and 45 lb. dog with one bag.

I've been using the scented Bags on Board bags, which are great because it makes walking with the bag for a long time less odiferous. I wasn't able to find them, so I ordered these. Unfortunately, even in the packaging the citrus scent is barely noticeable.
Pros: bright colors
Cons: very little scent
