I have a fifteen week old yorkie and had started him on another high quality small breed puppy food that I had used in the past. He immediately was having diarrhea even when I only put a few pebbles with the soft food the breeder was giving him.... soo glad my vet recommended the breed specific royal canin for Yorkshire puppies.... he ate it without any diarrhea whatsoever....we will be switching to the adult formula when that time comes!! Definitely a fan!!

I switched from another healthy food brand to the Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier Puppy 29. I was worried since he is finicky and it was a bit pricey. He loves it. He usually has his food out most of the day. He just kind of snacks here and there. As soon as I opened the bag he was all in it eating. I am hoping it helps with the tearing of his eyes. It got really bad when we started on the other brand and someone said to try the Royal Canin. To soon to tell. Will update in a few weeks.

I read about many people pushing all those super expensive organic/natural foods on their four-legged friends, and I get it. I'd like to eventually incorporate more of those philosophies into my puppy's diet, but for now, this is his favorite food. I have seen several different vets asking about their opinions and they agree that this is a good food for my puppy. He snacks on really healthy snacks, and for a treat I incorporate a couple of teaspoons of the Wellness Just for Puppies canned food. He's only 13 weeks, so we'll see what he transitions to when he reaches adulthood.

The dog food I purchased before this was grain free and she didn't take to it. It was like she was eating just to eat. So today I brought home a bag of Royal Canin Yorkie puppy and to my surprise her bowl was completely empty which was a first. I would say she is a satisfied customer, and if she's happy I'm happy!!!!

This is a terrific product. I'm very pleased & what's more important my Yorkie, Shelby, is satisfied with this food.
It is easy for her to digest. She's very healthy & active!
