I had one of these for a small tank. It fit perfectly and looked nice. It had a few flaws, but it was decent.
Pros:
-Looks nice
-Provides some hiding. I used rocks to cover my small aquarium (around 2 gals) and my fish was able to go under it and hide there.

It's really easy to clean, all you have to do it run it over warm water and rub off the algae. The sand part of it is a little harder to clean because of all the bumpy spots on it, but I used a small hand towel and cleaned it.
