I have an 75 lb., almost 2 yr old Labahoula ( Louisiana Catahoula leopard hound/ Black Lab mix) who is the most ferocious chewer I've ever encountered. We started with the extra lg orange balls and those were so fabulous that I checked out everything else made by Chuckit!. These are even better, because I can use them when it's wet outside and they will still bounce well because they don't absorb the moisture ( or dog slobber) the way the regular ones do. The fact that they glow is just a bonus. I have small hands and it helps to put my fingers over the holes in the ball for a better grip when throwing these. Roux absolutely loves these balls and I will be ordering more because in order to make her let go of the ball she just fetched, I have to have another in hand, ready to throw!

The ChuckIt with launcher is awesome. My 2 male mixed (border collie/ridgeback and border collie/blue heeler) dogs love them to peices -- literally! They last for approx. about a month with my 2 aggressive chewers. Although they are fun at night and I still love them.

It gets dark around 4:30 here in Toronto in Winter. This is the only way to keep my super rambunctious lab entertained at night. All we have to do is to shine it under lights for about a minute or so and the glow lasts for a good half hour. Very durable too. Highly recommended to all dog parents with active pups.

This ball is top-notch. My boxer-lab mix has chewed every ball given to him to pieces. I launch tennis balls for him and my brother's lab to run down. He would always be first the ball, but would defer and let the lab get it. With this ball, he races to it and takes if for himself. I put it under a light for minute, and go launch it for him in the pitch dark, right before he goes to bed with me. He loves to chew it, too. He takes it everywhere with him, chews it for hours, and never puts a dent in it. This is far and away the best toy I have ever bought for a dog.
Pros: durable, Keeps Pet Entertained, easy to wash

Marvin will chase any ball. Tennis balls have a life span of 30 minutes. Other hard rubber balls not interested in, cant chew them. This ball he won't put down. Very durable and he's able to chew as its hollow and has some give. I and he recommend!

My daughter bought this ball for her dog a Black Lab Old English Sheep Dog mix. She bought it with the thought that Missy would chew it up in no time but we were wrong she LOVES her ball and has some how lost it outside and things in the house have not been the same. I have finally found it online and I now have a name for it and we are going to get a few more this time around. She will be happy again soon! She chewed on it nonstop. I love this ball cuz its the only thing in the house that gets chewed on. I hope your dog enjoyes this ball as much as we have playing with Missy!

I rescued a German shepherd who was neglected. He was never played with, never taken on walks..he NEVER EVER saw a dog toy..I had to literally show him how to play.
Now he is so happy! And he loves playing fetch..especially with this ball! and it's easier for us when it darkens quicker in AZ in the large field in the park to find it since it glows.
He is so happy with this product and would rate it more than 5 stars..he thinks its pawsome!!!
and it withstands heavy chewing which is really good!
