i have been asking and asking and asking my mom and dad for a panther gecko and finally today i got one in the store the little guy just let me hold him with out biting or trying to escape and i said to my mom that is the one for me so we got it a zilla cage and got some other stuff and got it all ready and he loves it we put a few crickets in there and instead of not eating them he went after it like crazy and so far he has already ate 2 he is awesome he has already let me hold him he is the best pet i ever had besides my dog lucy he is better then my sisters hedgehog better then my hamster better then my 3 salamanders he is awesome already and i just got him today he has been awesome we got back home at night because we bought him at night and so we went ahead and turned his night light on he has been pretty easy we are going to leave him alone for a few days then start playing with him i love him so far kai (my panther gecko) has been awesome i love him so i would recommend to be about 7 and up to get it he is now a member of the family my mom didn't want to get me a lizard but she loves kai but my dad kinda likes him over all i would recommend it to anyone

i had a green anole but i never liked that they get stressed 4 every single thing i would mist his tank and he got stressed i looked at him and he got stressed but my panther gecko is awesome he isnt shy and he loves to be handled and he isnt that nocturnal as i thought they were and they r better lookin that the leopard geckos i think

i have to panther geckos... well had to but one unfortunaly died when i was with my friends but she was the best pet that i ever had she may have be nockturnal but you no there are a sweet loveing pet to have and they are easy to take care of . but i hope that more people will love this gecko as much as i do , and i think that every kid ike me would love them and you people who think a PANTHER GECKO is a LEPARD GECKO well then you need to do a little more research. sinserly dezi

Loved my panther. He was the cutest, but a few days after I got him, he had almost a siezure. Two months later he passed away. It was devistating. About a month after that we realized that some geckos have neurological problems. But from a panther I loved him. I would though recomend a Bearded Dragon. They are hearty, and live for average 13 yrs. Geckos are sensitive to their temps, and etc. Beadries are so easy and fun. Overall I loved my Panther, but was unhappy he was unhealthy. They are nocturnal so it was probably hard for PetSmart to know. But I loved my panther, Ryder Breeze.

panther geckos are so cool! i love them and recomend them because the can be handled, are easy to care for, and dont take up much space. recomended for all ages and pet owners.

my panther gecko is my first reptile pet i got it about 1 1/2 month ago i love it its so tiny (its a hatchling ) and it hard to find it sometimes but its fine if you try to pick it up it will run but when you catch it it loves being held i highly recommend a panther gecko to a starter of reptiles

My panther gecko, Shadow, is REALLY small. Quarter sized. He is not too interactive but sell different and cool. They aren't the best lizard pet by far, but they are still neat.
Recommended.

i love my panther gecko he is still a baby and is starting to get used to me holding him already. I try and handle him at least once a day while is his a baby so that way he will love it but it seems to me that he is already warming up to me and i have only had him for two weeks. He is very entertaining to watch eat the little crickets i feed him. he is pretty easy to take care i am a college student and have a job and still find time to mess with him thats how easy they are. just remember refill his water with clean water every day and make sure his tank doesn't get too hot and or humid Or to cold. i think he is an awesome pet and i'm really happy i got him and can say he is mine :)

These are great geckos they don't like to be picked up but once you do pick them up they love to be held they like the warmness of your hand that's why I would tell any one to get one get them when there babies

Our panther gecko is very friendly and loves to be held. We set up an enclosed area for him on the floor that he can run around. Sometimes he will wrap his tail around your finger when holding him. He is a lot of fun and is a great pet.

this pet is easy to play with fun can be scared for 2 days but after they will love you so much i would recommend to a sweet loving owner if you need to go some where leave them at home with food and water it will do no harm.its for ages four to four hundred :D hahahahaha but its a good pet

I got one the other day that looks exactly like the picture (it might be the same one, actually) and I love him! Panther Geckos make fantastic pets. I left him alone for a while to get used to his cage. It took him about a day to get used to me but he loves being held. They are friendly, easy to take care of, and really cute!

Pictus geckos are very interesting little creatures and are quite good pets. Their care is very easy and the do not require very large enclosures because of their size. Therefor they are not very expensive to care for. They are also very easy to breed.

Pros: easy, beautiful, easy to breed, small, inexpensive
