I bought 2 of these tags for my big dogs Ace & Haileigh about 8 months ago and they are very nice and very durable!
My dogs play a lot and pull on each-others collars and the tags have a few tiny scratches from there teeth but other then that they still look new!

I had previously bought a pretty cheap tag online, thinking I got a good deal--NOT! It was barely legible after a month! I noticed these tags at the store and thought them to be pretty pricey. Still, I convinced myself to buy one, and to this day I have NOT been disappointed.
My aussie really likes to bite at it, and although I've gradually gotten her to kick that habit, I've noticed that she sometimes gets the urge. The front of the tag still looks great, and the back looks good as new!
PLEASE NOTE: Don't forget to put the plastic film that comes in the little bag as directed! It makes a BIG difference. My sister bought one for her dog, and the writing on the back progressively kept scraping off because she forgot to put it on.

Great I.D. Tag!

I love this tag, not too flimsy, doesn't bend and has some weight to it. I've ordered two for my pit mixes and they have held up extremely well. As a bonus there is a clear sticker included to shield the engraving and keep it from becoming scratched. I would definitely order this tag again!

I bought 3 of these tags, one for each of my 3 dogs (cavalier king charles spaniels). Two years later, they still look like new, even with them running in the mud/rain/snow. I feel the clear sticker you put over the engraving keep the engraving looking like new. I have been very happy with these tags.

Not good for outdoor use

I loved the tag at first. The third day my dog who loves the water got the tag dirty. I had to take his collar off and wash it. The very next day it was dirty again. This tag did not look like an ID tag while dirty, it looked like a charm. You can not see or read any letters. You can not tell its ingraved. The tag fell off after two months because the ring broke. I was very disappointed.

Not worth the money!

I bought a tag with a cuepon I had not even a month ago.
The protective covering on the tag itself is pealing all over.
The lettering is ok for now.

Deff. won't buy again or reccomend!

Bought it for a puppy and unfortunately, she seemed to chew it at night. It's kept up fairly well but it's time for a new one before she scratches out our number. I'd get it again. But seeing how much more selection there is online than the store, I think I'll get a bigger one.

Got this for my JackChi and it's great! When we first put it on him, he tried to chew it but it's definitely strong. The engraving looks great too. Bright and big lettering.

Serious quality control issues

I bought one for my malamute less than a year ago and it developed a crack in it and within a week of cracking it snapped completely in half. It did not break by the top but as a triangular chunk

It looks sturdy but it definitely is not. The pewter is brittle and is prone to snapping without any major stressers.

This is the first ID tag I have ever had just break.

I purchased 3 tags for my dogs and they have all lasted for quite some time And still look as good as the day I purcahsed them. I would recommend this product to anyone.
