I have owned dogs my entire live (53-years-old), and this is undoubtedly the best shampoo for dogs. It smells great, leaves their coat shiny and soft, and helps keep the shedding down. I highly recommend this to any dog owner...

The Top Paw Oatmeal Baking Soda Shampoo, is a wonderful product. Before purchasing this shampoo at PetSmart, our labradoodle had a slight "doggy" odor and dry, itchy skin. We tried the oatmeal baking soda shampoo and noticed that Thistle Doodle's coat had a fresh scent, and his itch was relieved. The shampoo suds up nicely, and leaves his coat soft and clean. We have been so pleased with this product, it is currently all we purchase for Thistle Doodle's bath. We would highly recommend this product.

we used this for our dogs, and afterward they smelled great, and had super soft fur! loved it! It came in a big bottle too, so we didn't run out really quick because we had to wash 2 dogs! I would definitely recommend it! :)

I've been using this product on my dogs for a while now and it's pretty good! It cleans the bad smell pretty well, makes them smell good and their coat feels very silky and smooth! I recommend!

I've been using Top Coat Oatmeal shampoos on all my dogs for many, many years with wonderful results. Fur is clean, shiny, and soft as can be afterwards, and the smell is nice too, as dog shampoos go. Great price for a great product!

Yes this shampoo will clean. However, it was irritating to my dog's paws. Also the smell of the shampoo does not last, and if your dog is EXTRA dirty, this shampoo will need to be used a few times in the bath tub. For the cheap price, it's what you get. It's also a pain in the butt to rinse off. I would buy PetSmart's KONG shampoos instead.
Cons: Tangles Hair, expensive

We have a 4 year old beagle who like most beagles has that beagle smell. We have tried so many different products on him to get rid of the smell but nothing worked as well as this shampoo! Well worth every penny! His coat is so soft and shiny and he smells so good! I would recommend this product to anyone!

I have a westie puppy and was told by a Petsmart employee that I couldn't use the usual whitening shampoo because he is too young. The employee recommended that I use the oatmeal baking soda shampoo because it was gentle but would still clean him effectively. It sure did! He was clean and smelled amazing after bathing him with this shampoo. He was even pearly white which I wasn't expecting. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone with a puppy or dog.

My puppy was having trouble with her skin getting really dry. It was causing her to scratch so much that she had flakes all over her fur. We received a lot of recommendations from various people about what shampoos we should use on her (dish soap, baby shampoo, etc) but nothing seemed to help. A PetSmart employee suggested that we try an oatmeal shampoo on her. We picked the Top Paw Oatmeal Baking Soda Shampoo because it was reasonably priced. After one bath we noticed a dramatic difference in her coat. She stopped digging at her skin, and the flakiness stopped as well. Her coat was significantly softer and shinier, and it helped cut back on the shedding, too. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I use this shampoo on my shorthaired yellow Lab and LOVE it!! Her coat is soft and fluffy as well as super yummy smelling after each bath. The shampoo is so gentle that I can bathe her relatively often without her skin drying out. Definitely recommend!

My pit bull's allergies tend to leave her with dry, itchy skin. Our vet recommended any oatmeal shampoo so I decided to give this one a try. I use this with the matching conditioner and love the way it leaves her coat smooth, shiny, and soft! Most importantly, she always seems happier and much more relaxed (no more itchiness!) after her baths. I also like the smell compared to other brands that overwhelm with fragrance. This one is not too strong and just leaves a mild "clean" scent.

I just have to say how pleased I am with this product!!!! We have a golden retriever with flaky dry skin and after her first bath using this product she no longer has flaky dry skin, leaving her with a beautiful shine, fluffy soft fur and smells good too!! No more itchy dry skin, the more I use it the more I love it!
I lather and massage deep into her coat and leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse. She also does not shed as much eirther.
I would recommed this shampoo to anyone dog owner with a beloved dog with dry itchy skin.

We have three dogs (purebred Cocker Spaniel, and two Beagle Jack Russel Cocker Spaniels) and we have used many different things for them. This so far is the best we have used. I noticed the difference in their coats after they dried off. The only thing that would make it better is if it helped with flea and tick problems. I highly recommend.

This shampoo is great. I have a boxer and a boxer mix who get very dirty playing outside. This shampoo takes care of everything. The fur is left noticeably softer and shinier. I would recommend pairing this with the conditioner since i have always used them together. The sent is perfect. Its not to strong but just strong enough. So glad i chose this instead of pethead!

I bought the smallest bottle of this shampoo (and the conditioner) to see if it would be okay for my 11-year old Boston terrier that I recently took in as a foster. His coat was in bad shape when I got him... This shampoo solved that problem! I was amazed at how much better his coat felt after I bathed him in this shampoo... As far as the scent, I don't smell anything too much, but that's not always a bad thing, right? I'm definitely going back to Petsmart soon to buy the bigger bottle of this shampoo (and the conditioner, too)...! It's very reasonably priced, which is something that is very important to me (and many other people!) in this economy...! I recommend this product to anyone... It's simply awesome!

Even though our dog is pretty soft and shiny on her own, when she comes out of the bath, she gets shiner and softer 10 fold. We try to buy shampoos that will be as gentle and moisturizing on the skin as possible, and this fits the bill. Smell is great and it's wonderful at taking care of dandruff, and even though I know our dog would never admit it for how much she hates baths, I can tell she feels so much better.

I asked my vet what the best shampoo was and it said anything oatmeal. I saw this oatmeal baking soda shampoo and conditioner at petsmart, bought it.. love it! I've seen some others that were in cute bottles, with cute names.... like pet head. Very expensive. The oatmeal baking soda is a good price and a great product.
I will always be using this for my rotties. Great smell too. Not too strong, just alittle "smell good" to it. :)
