Works fine. I actually used it along with some medicine when my dog had an ear infection. It's good to clean out the debris, it doesn't irritate the inner ear, and it cleans the dirt on the surface of his inner ear flap well. If you're looking for something a bit stronger to get rid of funny ear smells and infection, this is not for you. Great for everyday grooming usage! However you could also use cheaper alternative methods too...

I have used this on my puppy since she was 3 months (she's 7 months now) and it has been very effective! I use it weekly to keep her ears clean. I don't pour it inside her ear, I just soak a cotton ball and clean her ears inside. Her ears always smell good and are very clean :)

For years I have battled to keep my 12yr old Shih Tzu's ears clean. She has suffered numerous infections and has constant wax build up. My heart would break for her when she saw various cleaning products coming her way.... and to no avail. We have spent a small fortune on Vet bills and prescription medications only to have the "dirty ears" return. That was in the past!! I purchased 21st Century Clean Ears not expecting much (especially given the low cost). I can now happily report that Holly has the CLEANEST EARS she has had in many years... the smell and wax discharge is COMPLETELY GONE! The product is extremely easy to use and she doesn't seem to mind having a few drops placed in her ears each day. I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and am delighted that my cherished dog is now free from the discomfort of dirty/inflammed ears. This product is a must for any dog owner.

My dog doesn't like this stuff very much. He doesn't like getting his ears clean and this doesn't make it any better. It is kind of hard to get into you dog's ear especially when they are sitting up right. Besides that it works quite well.

This is a very effective product, dissolved the dirt and wax on my dogs ears. I don't even have to use q-tips. Smells very good even for days. Very good price when you compare it with some similar products out there could cost double or triple the price of Clean Ear.
