I purchased this product about two weeks ago and have been using it twice each day on my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel; the stains have lightened considerably. I don't just quickly wipe the stain but gently scrub it with the pad. I believe that makes a HUGE difference. Once the stain is gone, I realize that I will need to continually need to use the product as maintenance. By the way, the scent is great.

I've tried using this product to remove tear stains from my shihpoo puppy and it doesn't work! The only good thing about this is that it's tear free. Otherwise, it doesn't work.

I have three dogs, one of which has tear stain problems. She is a 4 month old morkie (maltese/yorkie mix) and I bought these pads for her and they don't work at all. They are greasy and don't show the slightest difference. Don't waste your money, 21st century makes some good products but I guess they haven't discovered the right formula for removing tears yet.

I bought this product to try before I tried Angel Eye's as I could buy the product in the actual store rather than wait for it to be shipped. I also bought the same brand tear stain remover in a bottle to try. The pads nor the other worked at all on my Maltese. There was not even a slight change in color. He never had tear or paw stains till just a year ago and nothing has worked yet to fix the problem as I have tried a diet change and giving him bottled water. The vet said they think it is an allergy. Whatever it is that makes him brown is making him look horrible. I am going to buy the Angel Eye's and try it.

These work well to remove tear stains. My dog's face looks perpetually black thanks to all the tears raining down her face. These pads brightened her face up after only one use! The downside is that while they remove stains, they don't prevent stains from forming, so you'll have to use them everyday.

These are soooo awesome!! I used them on my dog and her eyes did not get irritated, I did not have to use more than one and they worked like a dream!! You have to buy these things!!!
