Great Product - Consider for cats too!

I have a diabetic cat that will only urinate RIGHT NEXT to his litter box. I tried EVERYTHING, but finally relented and he is content to go on a potty pad next to the box. I priced out many brands and sizes of pads, and went through quite a few trying to find a decent pad at a decent price. These pads are a few cents more than the bargains you can find on other sites, but they are completely worth it.
They are absorbent enough to last him all day while I'm at work. Other pads are done after one use.
The urine is absorbed almost immediately. There's no pooling around his feet and no tracking wet paw prints across the floor like with other pads.
Another huge plus are the adhesive strips in the corners. These are great for my cat who wants to "cover" his urine and would make a mess digging at the edges of the pad and flipping it over.
The size is more than sufficient for my 14 pound cat, but he was already use to targeting potty pads, so I can't speak to size for training purposes, other than to say that the edges of these pads don't leak like some of the edges of other pads.
I bought these in the largest pack they come in, and will continue to use them for the lifespan of my special needs kitty.

I have rescued numerous puppies and none of them were housebroken. I have tried every other kind of pad too see if something less expensive would work half as well. All I ended up doing was having soaked carpets and pads that fell apart . Top Paw is without rival. I'd rather pay the money than pay for the cleaning of the carpets. They Rock

I am disabledd and can't take my 9 Yr. Old Yorkie out doors very often. I have been using Top Paw training pads for him to use indoors. They are very good pads and are very absorbable. The edges are well made and prevent the urine from spreading off the pad. I have tried others but always go back to the Top Paw pads because they are the best!

Work Great

My husband got me to boston terrier puppies for christmas and the breeder gave him a pack of these pads. They hold a lot of "stuff" and the sticky on the bottom helps since they cant really tear them up. I just wish the sticky squares were larger because when they do pull them (they actually pull the corners over where they have left droppings) it seems that part of the pad with the sticky stays on the ground but they rest they can grab and rip. Maybe it would also help if they were closer to the edge? Overall though these have worked better then some of the other brands we have tried. we will continue to use this brand of pads until they are house broken.

I have tried a lot of different pads and some of them have places there is no padding and other places there is big lumps of padding, these are all the same no lumps and no thin spots that is why I say these are the best.
For the price it is the better deal.

The best training pads I have found. The small ones are perfect for our 5th wheel. They are thicker and don't tear like the other ones. The price is better as well. I recommend these to a family member.

So pricey

These are really absorbent and a great size. They come with adhesive stickers on the back but they are basically useless. I'm not sure why they are so much more expensive than the pads in the bag (Grreat Choice). I bought these because they were a "Black Friday" special and cheaper than the Grreat Choice, which is what I usually get. Although they are more absorbent, the regular price is too much for me and I will go back to the Grreat Choice. My dog uses both without a problem.

I bought these pads when I first got my puppy and they were great. I bought some other ones and the quality was horrible, I will stick with these over any other brand the don't soak through and they have the adhesive on the back also if you want. hands down a great product.

The pads are very absorbent. However, the adhesive portion of the pads does not stick very well. I would recommend this product.

So not leak-proof

January 1, 2013

When they mean "up to 75% more absorbent", the pads must not have been absorbent to begin with, for these pads leak. Badly. I saw the little potty puddles my mini-dachshund made seep through the pad and onto the carpet.

They have some issues

I am disappointed in the lack of stickiness of pads in the box I recently bought. I had some left over from last year's litter and the sticking power was fantastic. The pads in this box don't stick to anything!

Too small, edge run-off

I had to upgrade to the XL size. Have 2 toy poodles. If they pp near the edge, it runs off onto the laundry room floor. Even with the XL this happens, but less so. So I still have a mess to clean up. I tried to use a tray underneath but it did not work. Need to design with a lip or edge on them. I'd pay more for this.

I bought this without any high expectations. I've tried a few othertraining/puppy pads before without much luck.(My dogs pretty much ignored them.) But I was pleasantly surprised with this brand. Finally,a training pad that actually attracts dogs!

I have a 13-year old male Dachshund. He can't or won't hold his urine while I am at work. I have tried several brands of the Training Pads but find that the Top Paw Brand has the most absorption. I also like the sticky tabs, but they are a little hard to get off my tile foyer where he likes to go potty...on the pads! The adhesive is a little too-sticky and I have to use alcohol to get the pieces left when I remove the pad. Other than that, I love the product, the price and the fact that my dog will use the pads. I do recommend the Top Paw brand.

Of all the varieties available this is probably the best. My dogs use them with no problem. They are very absorbent, the sticky corners could be improved, do not hold all that well. Odor is confined very well.

My puppy used it automatically! He didn't go anywhere else but the pads! The only thing would be that is doesn't stay in place that well. (Not on tile. But good on carpet) But my puppy was able to get on it easily and used it. I do recommend this for new puppy owners- because just pick up the used pad and put a new one down! Nothing else! ;)

I have five Yorkshire Terriers and I have been using this pads ever since they were born, now they are 8 weeks old and search for the pads to use them without any training. The sticky corners hold the pad in place and are not impossible to lift as some people say. There is no leakage, pups may go on the edge and that may cause the pad to get wet underneath, but if not there is no problem. As for the scent, it does help, may be it´s the pup´s diet that needs to be checked. I will keep on buying this pads, it does work great and makes the cleaning process a lot easier
