I know this is labeled as parakeet food, but, after speaking with my vet, I started giving it to my Cockatiel. He loves every colour, except for the yellow. It works great for me too because more of the larger pellets would end up on the floor than in his mouth.

When I was looking for a pellet diet, this is what I picked up. It smelled pretty good to me, and it caught my budgies eyes, they love nibbling on it, I keep it in a silo container and they just keep emptying it!

Pros: smell, taste, price

My budgie, Lucy, doesn't really like eating these. I'm still trying to convert her over. She does nibble on them. Plus it smells so good that I almost want to eat it myself.

i am so glad my bird eats this. my parakeet wouldn't touch it, but after my parrotlet learned that it was food and not something to roll in, she eats it everyday and i'm so proud of her!

My birds didn't really like this food. I'd only had my first four parakeets for a few months and I wanted to try something different cause the book said that birds likes variety and feeding them seeds all the time isn't healthy for them.

I've brought a big bag of this food and the first time they wouldn't eat it. It hurts cause I spend over $10 on this food and I don't want to throw it out. They would 'force' themselves to eat it cause thats the only food thats available to them. Sometimes I'll even try and mix it up by giving them both the seeds and fruit pellets but they would go for the seeds first.

I know to buy them the smaller bag next time and wait for this food to go on sell before I buy it again.

Pros: it's looks pretty, colorful

Cons: expensive, bad smell, birds won't eat it :(

When my hamster broke his teeth he refused to eat and so I was desperate to get nutrition into him. So by the recomendation of a Pet Care associate I bought him this product which I get soften with water and he loves it! It's allowing him to keep on the weight while his teeth grow back.

Pros: smells good, pet loves it

Cons: expensive
