I bought this on a whim. My 5 cats range in age from 6 months to 11 years. Every cat loves these kickeroos. We have several in varying sizes. They kick, bite, drool on, and snuggle these toys. When they get a little "stale", I rub a little fresh catnip on them. Have not had to replace them from wear or tears. They still look practically new.

I bought this toy for my 7 month old kitten who mercilessly clobbers my 17 yr old senior kitty, looking to play. I figured maybe the shaped would be good enough that she'd be able to bunny-kick this enough to get out all her energy and leave 17yr old Peaches alone. It did just that (and survived). And then...then...Peaches decided "heck with arthritis, I need that toy too" and she started trying to steal it away from the kitten. I haven't seen her play with a toy like that in years. I went right back and bought her her own. She plays until she's exhausted and then has been sleeping cuddled up to it (or stretched between the 2...) :^)

This is absolutely the best toy! This is our cats favorite toy along with thier mice. All three of our cats love to bite and kick it as well as cuddle with it. One of our cats has Hyperesthesia and when a episode starts and she tries to bite her tail I put the Kickaroo beside her and within three seconds it calms her completely! I highly reccommend it!

We purchased this as an afterthought and did not expect this reaction! We have 3 cats - one cat laid claim to this right away! The other 2 circled him and awaited their chance to pounce! For awhile they took turns and surrounded each other - now they are just fighting over it. I think we need two more!!

My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. The vet told us that we need to make sure we keep her active as much as possible and that work her back legs out the most because diabetic cats back legs will give them a lot of trouble.
This toy is GREAT for that. She will grab it between her front feet while on her back and do bunny feet (what we call it when she kicks the toy with her hind legs). It gets her active and alert...which is very important. She also sleeps with it and loves on it throughout the day. It is also very durable.
Just make sure the dogs dont get to it...my chocolate lab thinks its hers sometimes.

My cat wasn't interested at first, she wasn't really a fan of things that make noises. However I threw it and she chased it and has loved it ever since! She loves to throw it, tackle, bit, kick. Great toy!

As soon as it was out of the packaging, my boy was wrestling & kicking his Kickeroo constantly ~ he loves it! He's kicked it so much that he's catching the backs of his front legs with his back claws & there's little chunks of hair all over the house, in just 2 days. (Don't worry, I'm keeping an eye on him, & so far he hasn't actually scratched himself.)
This toy has taken a beating, & is still intact. It's his favorite toy to drag out of the toy-box & it's impossible to get it away from him! It's been great for him to do his "bunny-kicks" on, as the alternative was throwing on a heavy sweatshirt & wrestling with him myself, & letting him bunny-kick my arm. Now he can wrestle all day, and is no longer playing too rough with the other cat, or me. :-) 5 Stars all the way.

I got it for my cats that loves toys but my cat that does not really like toys started playing with it right away. Then he used it as a pillow. The cats I got it for have not had a chance to play with it yet but I am sure they will love it. I recommend it!

I just adopted a 3-year-old cat. Saw this product at the store and picked it up. She absolutely LOVES it. She hugs it and kicks it....so cute to watch. Definitely a must get toy for cats.

My little kitten loves this toy! Right when I put it down she pounced on it and began biting and slapping. She even carries it around the house by the tail.As long as she stays happy with it so will I!

I toyed with the idea of purchasing one of these for my cats for some time now. My two kitties have shunned pretty much every store bought toy except for Da Bird and the Cat Dancer. They tend to go more for the "whatever I find around the house that wasn't meant for me" sorts of things. They do roll on their backs and kick at even the smallest of objects and they love cat nip, so when these went on sale, I gave in and got one.
I barely managed to cut it off the packaging before one of my cats was practically climbing up my leg to get at it. The cat nip they use must be pretty potent. And he spent the next twenty minutes kicking, rolling and biting the toy. And occasionally carrying it around when he wanted to move some where else in the house.
My other cat seems interested, but the second she goes near it, he chases her off and the whole kicking/biting/rolling game starts again.
I'm going back to get another tomorrow. With the exception of Da Bird, my cats have never been more interested in a toy so quickly.

I bought this toy online for my diluted calico kitten for Christmas. She was just under a year at the time, and when it arrived in the mail, I was a little worried by the size of it. It seemed like it was too big for her to be able to play with, but I was tired of getting my arm clawed up by her kicking when we played, so I opened it for her anyway. It's great! I loved being able to play with her in the same way, while protecting my arm from kicks. Now that she's eight months older, and definitely bigger, she loves it even more. She grabs it by the tail and pulls it around the house with her. Granted, she is a very large cat, but the toy is definitely not oversized for a full-grown cat. And kittens love to play with the toy even if you have to hold it for them. Plus, it's made by KONG, and from my experience with their toys, they're EXTREMELY durable. We've had it for eight months so far and it's not showing any signs of wear whatsoever - and it's played with daily.
Pros: durable, good for kittens and cats

Bought this bad-boy for our little 5 month old kitten with the hopes that our 9 year old chubby/lazy Maine Coon would take a shot at it. We didn't even get to unwrap it before the kitten was kickin' it like a champ. We unwrapped it for him and let him have a go for a while. We decided to wake the Maine Coon from his slumber on our bed to see if he would like it since he has a very good reaction to cat nip. Low and behold his big eyes were wide with delight as he gripped, bit, and kicked the kickeroo. The kitten walked in and wanted to join in but our Maine is a bit of a wuss and wouldn't share his toys. Luckily he's rarely in the mood to play, he's too good for it. Hopefully we don't have to get one for each of them! We love the size of it, it's good for standard sized cats, and behemoth Maine Coons as well, which is rare.

The first thing my cat did when I opened it, was rub her head all over it. Then the kicking began. The tail makes it very easy for her to carry it around, as this is becoming one of her favorite toys. I was happy to see the size of it. It makes a great wrestling buddy for her. It is also very durable which again makes me very happy. I would recommend this toy to anyone who would like to replace there forearm during the dreaded bunny kick!

Our beautiful 4 month old kitten does not play with this toy often. I think she might be too young to smell the catnip in the toy. I am hoping that when she gets older that she will play with this toy. I also find that it has good and strong quality material that can take a beating. I will still recommend this product because I find that all the cats are not the same, some will like it more that others.

I bought this for my yougest cat who is known for being a grab-and-kick kind of cat. I sprinkled a little catnip on it (even though it comes with some in it) for good measure and he loved it. He literally chewed on it, layed on it and then proceeded to do the grab-and-klck. I knew that this toy would be a good choice for him and thankfully it is. I may have to go back and get another in the other design for my older cat, but I'll wait a bit to see if he plays with it more.
Pros: it can withstand a cat chewing on it all over, the tail actually stayed in one piece
Cons: only two designs to choose from, my local store only carried one design

All of my cats love this toy. Ages from 2 - 14. They will play with it by themselves or chase and play with each other. The perfect size for hind leg kicking. Have purchased several and stashed them away as back ups.
