Just fill it, chuck it near the cat and he goes nuts. He pretends he doesn't care for a moment and then he explodes into this maniac. I'm happy with this purchase, the catnip does stay inside the toy and it's a good amount to come included.

He loves this toy....more than any he's had. He carries it around the house in his mouth. He stuffs it under a dresser to keep it safe....brings it to wherever I am in the house...pounces on it, runs with it, rolls around with it, and attacks it. [which is why it is now down to one little feather...] I have bought him a new one...and he's just as happy with it...loves the feathers!!!
