My two parakeets, dwarf hamster, and two rats all love this toy. Since it is way to big for any of them I simply cut the entire thing in half, took out the paper, straw, and rope in the middle and tied it into smaller bundles. All my pets love taking it apart and playing with the different strips in the middle. I bought a second one and tied the strips into little balls put them in all my cages. My parakeets spent hours undoing the knots and unweaving the pinata then tossing the strips around, my rats chewed on it, made a nest out of the strips and shredded the pinata, and my hamster drags the strips around his cage and chews on them before making a nest out of them. I recommend this toy to any small pet owner though you may want to cut the strips down a little so they are easier for your pets to play with.

Pros: Keeps Pet Entertained, price

Cons: easily destroyed
