There are a lot of treats out there that smell awful, or they just don't look that great. And because of that, sometimes my birds won't eat them. I have a very picky Amazon and she only really picks at treats that are red.
These treats smell like candy. You may have to stop yourself from trying a bite!And every one of my birds loves them. In this bag there are very small chunks and very large chunks, yellow, red, white etc.. colors. A wonderful convience since I have small parrots and a cockatoo. The only problem I have with this product is that it is $7 per bag. And I have 6 birds, 1 bag is going to last about a week if I give them 2-3 pieces a day.
I wouldn't say get this product frequently if you have a habit of spoiling your birds because it just won't last. But a great treat to give them here and there. Another thing, some of us bird owners have a habit of giving our birds everything we eat because we don't want them to feel left out, you know? And this includes candy, even if it is just a Lifesaver piece every once in a while. If you have a habit, GET THESE. They are so much better for them and you aren't going to feel guilty by not giving them some of your food, rather it be candy or what.
