When my little female Boston Terrier Min Pin mix got attacked by a cat and had to have stitches in her front leg she was put on antibiotics and I had gotten some Pill Pocket treats for her mother when I had her mom spayed so I just used them and Garnet took her pill twice a day with no fights. Two weeks ago when she was spayed and had to go back to the vet for stitches and more antibiotics because the vet who spayed her only used surgical glue and didnt give her anything for infection. Once again it was back to giving two pills a day. Needless to say Garnet loves to get her pills and will run to the bag where I put her treats to get her pill. It makes giving the meds so much easier than having to shove them into her mouth or have her spit them out. They are easy to shape around the pill. Wish they would have had them when my late husky was on her seizure meds it would have saved me a fortune in hot dogs.

I love this product and have been using it for years! I have to give one of my dogs pills twice a day, and before i used these, she would always pick them out of whatever else i had put them in. she loves the taste of these so much that giving pills to her is now no fuss or stress! thanks for a great product.

I've struggeld for years to get the dog to take her pills. With this there is absolutely no struggle and she now waits for pill time. The only down side is the smell but that is what gets my dog excited. Plus they work with her special diatary restrictions.

My dog is the type to scratch the heck out of me when I try to give him medicine.

As soon as I opened the Greenie Pocket Pills, my dog was already trying to get his nosy nose into the bag.

Turns out medicine was a little bigger than I thought, but it's easy to mush the Pocket Pills around the medicine.

My dog gobbled it up looking all happy. But as soon as he realized he was tasting medicine as well, he made the funniest facial reaction and wouldn't stop sticking out his tongue!

Overall it works. He's had it a few times now and keeps forgetting his yucky medicine is also inside.

This is a bit long, but hopefully it will help someone else out there. We're trying to determine if our dog is allergic to chicken and she's on a lot of different medications to treat her systemic bacterial and yeast infections, treat allergic reactions, rebuild her immune system, and replace/replenish the "good" bacteria in her digestive system. We needed something that we could use to encourage her to take nearly 15 pills throughout the day (every day) that is also a novel protein source that our super-picky dog would actually eat. Greenies Pill Pocket Allergy actually worked! No more torturing her by forcing all those pills down her throat (she already feels bad enough being sick!). Medication time is now easy - she thinks she's getting treats and we don't have to feel guilty about making her feel worse.

Have you ever tried to give your dog a pill and watched him spit it out on the floor? It used to happen to me every month when I would try to give my Louie his heartworm medication. I was in Pet Smart and I saw these Greenie Pet Pockets and decided to give them a try. They work great! Since I bought them, I have had to give ol' Lou antibiotics and it was a breeze with these pet pockets! Worth every penny in the time it saves me and not having to get frustrated with my sweet dog!
