I was using the Breeze system, but wanted to try the automatic scooper system. I completely regret it! Breeze is the way to go!! It controls the smell. There is no mess. I am switching back as fast as possible! This is the first last and only litter system you should ever buy!

I have 4 cats. Two older ones 15 and 13 and two young ones 4 and 3. The two old ones used it right away and I did not have to gradually get them used to it. (I just took the old litter box out of the room that they had been using) the down side is when one went number two you can smell it. The pellets do not really cover that well over that. Iv'e had mine since Friday and will be buying one more (maybe two) as only 4 or 5 pellets come out with their paws versus the old litter being tracked everywhere. We all know that those litter pads that you lay on the floor really do not catch all the little litter from the litter boxes.

I have 3 Breeze boxes. 6 cats. I change the pads twice a week. Litter pan work has lessened and I highly recommend this box.

Having two female cats, one tabby age 9 and the other being an almost 3 year old Maine Coon, it's been tricky trying to find a singular litter box system that worked for both. (Renter with a lack of space) I've had normal clumping boxes for the longest time, then tried the really fancy automated one, and then after that did not work, I decided to try this one out. So after 2 years of using the Breeze system for my two cats I love it. I find myself only having to change out the pad once a week, and scooping the top every one to two days (depending on the girls of course). So with two relatively large (both just weighed at 11lbs each) cats, this litter box system works wonderfully.
Now I do need to buy two bags of litter pellets to fill it up, however I rarely have to dump all of the litter after one month. I can usually dump out some of it and keep the rest for two months. I recommend buying some inexpensive litter liners to use with the pads (I can get 10 for $1) to make clean up even easier and I always recommend using disinfectant cleaners as often as you completely replace the litter, again that is every two months for me. It took a little to get the younger one to use this litter box (she prefers soft things under her paws) but within a week I had completely switched them both over.
It is a bit higher of a box because the pad needs to be below it, so I would not recommend this to people who have cats with bad joint problems and arthritis, nor would I recommend this to owners of cats who suffer from diarrhea a lot (though I would recommend those 2nd owners to try no or low dye cat foods, as that worked for mine).

Very pleased with the Breeze litter pan system! Have used the clay and pine litters both and they are dusty and were tracked everywhere. This is so much cleaner and alot less work! Switched the pans out the day I bought it and our cats took to it right away. Did not use the upper attachment of pan as our male cat likes to dig from the sides and he was annoyed with it. Also used an addtional half bag of pellets so he would have extra to dig in. Works well!

One bag of pellets is not enough

The picture on the box shows a very full box with pellets however for the first few months I used this box my cat had diarrhea and was changing the box every week. The one bag of pellets works when the cat has a normal bowel movement. Wish they made a optional enclosed box as my cat likes the privacy which I also think would work better with male cats or at least make the edges higher for male cats. The urine pads have to be changed at one week or else they leak into the tray. Might be a little better is they were thicker.

I love this system and so do my cats BUT
My male cat needs a higher backed box.
he tends to lift up more than female cat..
he is not attempting to spray.it is just the way he urinates...
are there any higher boxes that use this system??

I have 3 cats so I found breeze and what a difference! It really is a breeze! Its easy to scoop the urine runs right threw to the pad. So I am going to go buy my 3rd one so each cat can have there own. You get what you pay for and this is totally worth it! Now all I need to do is find some coupons! :)

I am disabled due to a rare disease Transverse Myelitis so I am unable to change a litter box, this system only needs to be changed once a month, and can be done by my helper who comes once a month. The odor control is beyond what I expected with any cat litter box system, it works the way it says it will and makes my life richer because I can now how a companion, my cat.

I was having problems with my cat getting wet litter stuck on his feet and tracking it all over the house. The pellets do not stick on his feet and I have no problems with this now. It is so easy to clean, with no litter all over the floor. I worried he would not use it but he took right to it! I absolutely love this product!

Love this as we got it to eliminate the nasty cat urine odor from the litter box and it works like magic. There is no urine odor nor is there any fake masking scents like some kitty litter has. But there is no masking the the number 2 smell, but bag that up quick and there isn't a problem. I think this system ends up saving you money vs. buying traditional kitty litter. A few pellets come out of the box but it is not as nasty or messy as traditional litter.

Love the litter boxes! I have 2 of them. The pellets can be washed and dried and reused! I bought 2 extra bags of pellets and switch them around as the others dry. I put the used ones in a bucket and soaked with hot water and dawn liquid soap. Then spread them out on cheese cloth (1.00 at dollar store) and let them dry on their own until ready to switch the other ones out! Sure saves ALOT of money!

We have two cats, one is older then the other by about 4 years. We got two of these, one for the bathroom and one for a trouble spot in our apt. The younger cat uses them all the time. The older one only uses them when she pees, sometimes. We had to go back to a regular litter box for her.
The cleanup is so easy with these, I just love it. Especially since I am the one who gets stuck doing all three.

I bought the breeze system after going over to a friends house. Normally you can tell people are cat owners the moment you walk in the door. Even if they're good about cleaning that cat odor just lingers. With the breeze system you'd never know there were cats in the house. When we rescued our first furbaby we went out and got the breeze system. He was about two months old and there was no transition period for him. He went right in and knew that it was his litter box. When we got our second furbaby she too needed no transition to the breeze system.
The cat pads hold lots of liquid and never smells and are so easy to roll up and throw out. The only time there is any smell is if they take a particularly smelly dump. However, it's nothing a little air freshener doesn't cover (same as with people).
Both of our cats use the one litter box with no problem and we change it just under once a week. The only reason it gets four stars is that I wish it came with some sort of cover option.

I bought this and wish I hadn't waisted my money. At first it was really awesome but the tray that holds the pads on the bottom get covered in urine and it smells. Also the pellets come in expensive small bags and the pads have to be changed every day and with two cats I have 3 litter boxes so that's a lot of money compared to just buying litter and scooping out everything. Save your money and get the regular $5 litter box or the self cleaning box.

My cat took to this system right away, all I did was place a "dropping" from his old box on top when I switched to this box and he knew right away to use it. It was great not carrying heavy litter home anymore, not finding tracked clay litter all over the house including on my bed. However, finding the pellets or the pads where I live was occasionally iffy.
It works great for the urine odors, but since the stool does not get covered and just lays on top that odor is horrendous until you scoop it out, BUT if you try to scoop it right away to get the odor eliminated the stool is still soft and sticks to the scoop, so you have to wait until it has dried out some which also helps with the odor, but waiting until that point is quite smelly.
Still, I was ok with all that. However after about 9 months of use, my cat who has never had any health problems suddenly developed a blockage (he is male, neutered, 9 years old, so I know that happens and not the fault of the litter) but he also began losing hair and was found to have a fungal infection and bacterial infection. The vet treated both and his hair grew back and he was doing well and a few weeks later, same thing all over again. (He is the only pet in the house, never goes outside, etc) I changed his food, etc, and the only other thing I could figure was that maybe this system is less sanitary with the feces laying on top and even after you scoop it some pellets remain that have touched the feces and maybe have some on them...? Not sure, but have gone back to regular litter box with clumping litter for the time being to test the theory. If I find that it isn't to do with this litter system, I will definitely return to using it for the convenience and lack of litter being tracked all over the house. But if it is making my baby sick, no way! So for now, 4 stars and would still recommend, as so far no one else seems to have this concern.

Best Litter Box We Have Tried

I have 4 indoor cats and was very annoyed with how much litter was tracked inside. My friend suggested I try the Breeze System and I love this litterbox! All 4 of my cats took to it right away. The pads are easy to change and the litter lasts about a month. My only complaint is that my cats kick the ceramic pellets outside of the box and they really hurt when you step on them. Hopefully they will make a cover for the box eventually! :)

This worked well when I only had one cat. I didn't scoop the poo off the top EVERYDAY like it said, more like every 2-3 days. It was very nice to not have to scoop up urine or worry about it getting stuck to the bottom of a litter box. It is more expensive than regular litter and sometimes the stores sell out so make sure you always have extra on hand. Definitely won't work for 2 or more cats.

Got this thinking it would be easier to use and I could clean it less - just the opposite.
Get this product if you like getting cat urine on your hands and floor constantly or like cleaning the box and pad twice as much or like paying twice as much for maintenance.
I have 2 cats, the instructions say replace the pad every 3 days and they mean it. I was doing once a week when I had a regular litter box. If you go a week, the pad will be over saturated. Even if it isn't, you better make sure the bag you put it isn't does have a hole otherwise it will drip onto your floor and into your garbage can.
It is easier to scoop out of but I had to double the amount of pellets I used so my cats would use it normally. As it is, one of them isn't fond of it and will occasionally go outside the box. The large pellets end up getting carried outside of the cat box area easier and then get scattered around the house as the cats play with them.
I ended up spending twice what I would on regular scoop litter and have to maintain it more often and handling the urine separately is way too disgusting. This product is a failure.
