I love this product- it is very plush and perfect for my little princess. The only issue I have is that the x-small bedding is too small for the x-small crate that I ordered. Maybe it is my fault for not comparing dimensions before ordering. I suggest doing that to make sure the bedding fits properly. The bumper and the crate cover are both short about 5 inches. If you look at the picture- I was able to make the bumper fit, however, there was nothing I could do about the crate cover. It should go to the front of the crate, not stop short.
Other than that, the product is wonderful. Great quality and looks very nice.

I love everything about it I actually got it in the cocoa color its a dark brown and i love it. its sooo soft I actually havent gotten my puppy yet tho have to wait a few more weeks till he's old enough but my roomates cat loves it! lol the velco is good but should have put more on there it slides down the cage always have to pull it back up.

Pros: very soft love the color looks great

Cons: the bumper slides down have 2 keep pulling it up

Nice product, very soft and comfy and looks great. I thought it came with a crate so it was a little expensive and it's non returnable if you order it customized. Other then that I'm pleased with the quality.

This product is great my seven month old beagle puppy loves it i got it for her
in pink she loves it it is sooo easy to clean all u need to do is pop it in the washer and then the drier and your done!!!!!

I bought this in an XS for my chihuahua Reese, and it has been a big hit with both him and the kitties. It had only been assembled for about five minutes before the cats were taking turns trying it out, and that night my puppy chose to sleep in his crate instead of the bed for the first time ever!
The bumper is a bit awkward to install, using velcro loops to attach it to the outside of the crate, and is a bit too long for the crate while the covering is just a bit too short and doesnt completely cover the sides.
Overall this set makes the crate a much less offensive accessory in my bedroom and is a really cozy spot for both my dog and the cats
