This book focuses on the basics of starting/maintaing a freshwater aquarium. It is extremely useful, and makes complex topics like cycling, breeding etc., a breeze to understand. Don't expect extremely detailed description of the hobby. This book should mainly be purchased by novice aquarists, but anyone else that thinks they might learn something new should definitely purchase the book.

Its a great book that goes over the different kind of fish and setups. Doest have everything in great detail. Better to go to the store and first look at the book first.
