I had my Great Dane on so many different dog foods in the past 3 years. Even very expensive A/Z Ultra dog food. She has food allergies...and we figured out to what. She is allergic to fish and chicken. Try to find a food with no fish or chicken - hard to find. Until we found Nature's Recipe Farm Stand Selects Turkey and Vegetable Recipe. She really loves it, and the best thing is no more need for daily Prednisone.

My happy Boy!
I've tried a variety of grain-free products & this one is by far the best! Not only do my dogs love it, but their coat has improved, as well as their energy levels. My doggies couldn't be any happier! :)

After trying multiple dry dogfoods on my Catahoula mix 2 year old male, this is the only food he likes with little to no wet food on top! Finally!

I have an Olde English Bulldog and a Rottiemix. The bulldog is a very picky eater and would hardly eat any dog food I ever brought, but he loves fruits and veggies. We found this food and he is eating it like crazy. He now starts dancing around in circles and barking every time we add a scoop of this food to his dish. The rottiemix loves it too and they both have went from eating about 2 cups a food a day up to the 5 cups of food that they are suppose to eat. I will keep purchasing this food for my dogs.

Only the first two ingredients are meat products. If I'm paying $50, Id prefer to have at least three BUT... I have three dogs. A three year old mutt who will eat just about anything except fish dog food, a 2 year old husky Shepard mix, picky with his food, and a 10 month old golden retriever who eats anything but gets VERY gassy with most foods. I wanted at least the two older dogs on the same food. I tried EVERYTHING. I would spend hours at the store trying to find a food they would like or one the pup could tolerate. I found Farm Stand Selects with the different pieces in it. I put back the puppy food I was going to get since this is ALL STAGES and tried it. EACH AND EVERY DOG LOVES IT! My pup still gets a bit gassy but its nowhere near what it used to be. The 3 year old loves picking out the pieces of fruit and veggies, too. It's nice to be able to buy one food and not have to buy three different ones!

I have a pom he's almost a year old now an up until 2 weeks ago he's been eating Blue. It was a great food for him the only problem was he wasn't excited to eat it so even though I didn't want to change his food I decided he needs to be more excited about eating an I'm glad to say he eats alot more often with this he's excited to smell his food when I putting it in his bowl as before he didn't care much so far we love this food!
Pros: cheap, good quality
Cons: not as many food chunks as thought

Jack, my mutt, has eaten all kinds of foods. He loved Science Diet but was allergic to something in it so I put him on Blue Buffalo which he hated but he did not itch anymore. He really could not stand Blue so I saw this one and tried it in Salmon and he absoulutely loves it. I was quite surprised but its filling & he eats once a day & loves his food. He has now been eating it for 3 months.

I have two Doxies I adopted from shelters. They were in pretty bad shape when we got them. I put them on Farm Stand because of the reviews I read and it's amazing the difference in their energy and especially their coat. My boy is a wild boar color and the little girl is all black. Instead of being a dull black with dandruff she is now bright and shiny. They feel wonderful and energetic. I recommend this to everyone.
Pros: good natural food
Cons: bigger bags

Cost more but great ! My dogs love the taste. I do not have to add food for them to eat it. The veg and fruits they pick out and love to eat. Cost may be more but I feed less/ they have less stools and no additional cost to doctor its taste. Thier skin and coats are fantastic! Recommend it to all my students that I train.

Our Dobermans have been on this brand since they were pups. In the last year, the price of this food has increased from $32.00 and now varies between $48.00-$54.00 dollars, while the size of the bags has been reduced from the original 38 pounds to 28 pounds. The last few bags we have purchased are now resulting in intermittently less than firm stools, and of course, we have had the Dobermans completely checked out at the vet with no obvious issues.
We have now switched the Dobermans to a home cooked diet and no longer have the frequent issue with the loose stools, and their coats have improved significantly. Rather sad to see what was a great product; suffer in terms of both quality and quantity, while continuing to spiral out of control in terms of price. On the bright side, we now feed our Dobermans a much healthier consistent diet, all for about two hours a week in preparation time. The cost of the dog food was never a real concern, merely a catalyst to better understanding what the best choice for our Dobermans health is.

I am a first time small dog owner (Yorkie 6 Mos) and I was recommended this food by a Pet Smart employee. My Yorkie was having digestion probs and before seeing a vet I figured I would change up his food. By day 3 ALL the issues were gone. He loves it and can easily digest it with no problems. He is the runt and after having this as his steady diet for the last 3 months, he has been putting on weight beautifully and his coat is filling in nicely. Of course there are other foods available but I don't mind spending a little more because the quality translates into everything about my happy, healthy pup!
Pros: meaty & easily digestible
Cons: your dog will want it all the time!

I work at petsmart. I have dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs (to corn, wheat, and soy). This food has been so good for them. Within the first week we saw an incredible improvement in stool firmness. Their coats and skin are doing great and my skinnier dog is putting on just the right amount of weight. They also love it! They gobble it down every time. My mother in law switched to this food as well for her dog, she loves it too!
I would highly suggest this food to most pet owners. It is one of the best "hollistic" foods out there.

I have 2 chihuahuas that are usually finicky eaters. They love this food! Its funny because one loves the veggies and will pick them out and the other loves the kibbles first. But they both love it. Its a meat base food so they don't eat as much, So it lasts a long time, which offsets the cost you pay for the food.

I have 3 picky eaters, a shar-pei, a rat terrier & a jack russell terrier. My shar-pei is allergic to soy (a filler) and beets. And my rat terrier is allergic to wheat (a filler, makes him itchy!), so this food is the best for them by far, it has no fillers and is all natural and even contains little pieces of apples, carrots & peas. They love the taste & I even sometimes pour hot water with it and mix it up for a nice gravy that they lick their bowls over. Very easy to digest, they are healthier than ever before on this food. Been buying it for over 3 years. I recommend it to everyone I know with a dog. My babies get the best!!

Have had dogs all my life and have used a large percentage of popular foods. I found this brand to be most favorable to my dogs, (2) one indoor one outdoor and I use about 80 lbs a month, If you want a high quality food this is it, don't get me wrong other foods will be sufficient, but this one in my opinion is most appealing in looks, smell, contents, and for my animals most important have found it to be the most digestible of all the foods out there . Contents in Dog foods is important but do your pet no good if there not able to retain its nutritional value. Think about yourself do you feel better after a fast food meal or a fine restaurant? Try IT.
Pros: quality, just a great product try it!
Cons: price although comparable to others, need larger bags and coupons
