I got this toy for my dog a few years ago. He is a Mastiff/Pit and chews everything! He went through every toy we got until I found this toy "Jolly Ball" Teaser ball. This toy is the ONLY toy that he has not destroyed. After 3 years he still has it and playes with it. Although it shows loads of wear around the holes it's still his favorite toy. Now I have a New Foundland / Chow and he chews more than the other dog... Jolly Ball Here I come!

My 9 month old boxer/lab got this as a Christmas present from a friend and she loves it! I don't understand it, but they really do try and get the inner ball! She'll pick it up, carry it around and bat it around the house, determined to get the ball out. Once she starts getting bored, she lays down and tries to get it out that way. It's not something she plays with every day but more like every so often she'll go and get it out and have a good go with it.

It does get scraped up easy. Ours looks like its been through the garbage disposal but its still holding up. Nothing's broken off of it or anything like that.

We have two labs in Vegas and needed a toy that was water proof. Our girls (the labs) are hard chewers too, so we needed something that would last a while. THis has been by far one of the best toys we purchased. We have actually now purchased the large and small one too. However the medium and large sizes were the best for larger dogs.

Have had this ball 8 months and is still my puppies favorite toy. She keeps herself entertained for a long while tossing and chasing it. To bad no longer carried in the store and only small sold online, will have to order elsewhere.

Personally, my 2 dogs don't like it, but my friends pitty ( pitbull) loved it! He was throwing it around the yard, taking a dip in the pond with it, he loves it! Its very durable, so easy to wash, and keeps Buddy (the pitbull) entertained! Best of all, Jake (my lab) will play with it in the yard with Buddy, and will chase eachother for it! Its so cute to watch! But any other time, he won't touch it...

I have a Great Dane/Labrador and he loved it, but he got his bottom part of his mouth stuck in it! I ordered it online... I of course got the largest one. But it was only because his two, large bottom teeth went inside the toy and it was a bit difficult to get it off. I know if they made the holes any bigger the small ball would probably fall out, so I got rid of it. I think it would still be a good toy for some dogs from what I have read from the other reviews. He really did love it! But I was too afraid of him getting stuck again. It's very durable and it is loud when it hits the ground.

Our dobie LOVES this toy. Went to the store looking for a different toy but came home with this one; glad I did! Plays with it every day. He did figure out how to catch the smaller ball on the inside and flatten it, but it still rattles around and won't come out of the larger holes. He did get his nose stuck inside one of the holes! It was catching on his canine teeth. After I got it unstuck he picked it up and started playing with it again. We have had it for several weeks now and this is the only time it has happened. We are both happy with this product.

I have a Lab mix that can destroy just about anything, and although the outer area of this toy is scratched all to heck and back - it's still in one piece.

She has a ball (no pun intended) with this toy. The only downside has been that Miss Smarty-Pants has some kind of system to remove the inner ball. We are now on our third one. I was convinced by purchasing a slightly larger, tough to crush ball that we crammed inside, she wouldn't be able to get it out. Oh yes, she can.
So we got an even bigger ball to stuff in there.... And, well, I guess if there's a way to get it in there, there must be a way to get it back out. ;)

Anyway, she loves this toy and for the most part it has held up to her playing with it. So I can't complain. I've spent far more money on toys that didn't make it more than an hour.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for my soon to be puppy, including this ball. The ball came defective without a ball in the middle. I called customer service who immediately shipped out a new one! Don't know how the pup will take to it, but I needed to praise customer service! I'll continue to shop with petsmart!

I have 2 boxer puppies and my male absolutely LOVES this toy!! He's currently a 60 pound 9 month old puppy and is extremely strong. This toy stands up to the abuse and keeps him entertained for hours! He loves to pick it up and bring it to me to throw for him. He chases it down and kicks it around before returning the ball to me. He also likes to sit and chew on the ball. My 9 month old female boxer pup loves it as well, but she never gets to play with it because the male hogs it so much.

This is a must have for your active dog or puppy. This ball can take a beating and keep on entertaining.

My German Shepherd loves this toy. He is a heavy chewer and hasn't been able to bite off pieces like he has with other balls/toys. It is fun watching him trying to get the 2nd ball. It is one of the few toys that he hasn't been able to destroyed within 15min to 2 hrs. He has had it for a month now.

My 5 month old whippet mix LOVES this ball. I bought it last week hoping to get her something fun and durable...she's managed to chew through two harnesses and countless toys. When I gave the ball to her for the first time I couldn't help but wonder how long it would last. I'm very happy to say that aside from a few scuff marks (from her teeth and being rolled on concrete) it looks like we're going to be able to play with this ball for a while. She loves playing catch and trying to free the center ball (which keeps her busy for a while). I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a durable, fun toy.

I work at a PetsHotel and this toy is amazing. The little ones will pick this toy up and carry it around to chew on it. The big ones and a few of the little ones will play soccer with it. SO CUTE!! This toy is a definite favorite in camp and a must have for everybody. It lasts a good 3-4 months in camp before we remove it from camp (usually by then its cracked from us tossing it in a cement room and from rough play from the dogs hitting it against the walls). For a 1-2 dog household it would probably last a lot longer. (Camp is 16 or less dogs per day.. It gets a lot of playtime!!)

Pros: amusement for your dog and you, cures boredom, long-lasting

My dog LOVES chasing balls, so much we have to hide them from her or she would never stop. She is a 20 month old Weimaraner with energy to burn! I gave her this toy, and she seemed to like it but didn't go crazy. So, I pulled out the ball in the middle and managed to get one of her tennis balls in (I poked a hole it it, and folded it up to squeeze it in) Oh MAN she is going crazy now! It was worth it just so she can chase her tennis ball without getting it stuck under my couch!

I bought it for my older Sheltie who (since we've gotten the Sheltie Puppy) has become more sedentary. But things have changed and my puppy won't let the older Sheltie near this ball. The only thing I don't like about this toy is that it is somewhat tearing/shredding from the little girl chewing on it. It's the only toy she'll bring back to me to let me throw it to her again. When we aren't playing ball, she sometimes chews it and is getting slightly destroyed. Overall it's standing up well compared to the other toys she destroys.

My young German Shepherd LOVES this toy/ball!
She charges out the door to where she left it and is gone for hours at a time in the back yard. She plays by her self and talks to it too I have bought 2 of them. She lost the other in the woods. I found it and she just didn't know what to do. Two of them! She was so happy just about turning inside out ready to play! It holds up to very ruff treatment . I highly recommend this toy.

I bought this toy for my 1.5 yo PIT as she destroys every toy she has in 30 seconds. This is a durable and indestructible toy that she has had for 2 months and it is still intact. She goes crazy trying to get to the ball in the middle. She LOVES this toy.
It is definately a toy for PIT BULLS.
