"I love this product!!! It has saved my couches. I bought the iscratch at my local Petsmart instead of online. I think it is a great value for the price. When I bought the starter frame I also bought the sisal insert thinking that my kitty (her name is Leia) would shun the cardboard pad that came with the frame. Boy was I wrong! She loved it! She watched me get it out of the box, (I also sprinkled some the catnip under the cardboard) Leia instantly started rubbing her face on it and sharping her claws at the same time! Yay! So now I have the sisal refill ready for later. Now Leia is happy, I am happy and most of all, the couches are happy."
