I recently got my chinchilla (Gunther) from a girl in my town. She gave me the cage and all the supplies for $30 and I was overjoyed. She told me these were his favorite treats. She also told me that if you shake the bag he will run around and get excited till you give him one. After I cleaned his cage I tried it out and it was cute! BUY, BUY, BUY this treat for you chinchilla! :D

My chinchilla loves these i can't open the bag quick enough she almost comes out of the cage she also grabes it out of the bag i tell her to take one and she takes one it is so cute i video tape her getting her treat

My chin has no interest what-so-ever in these treats. Perhaps my chinchilla is just not a treat girl, but if I were you I would stick with raisins and Cheerios!

I bought this product for my chin and he hates it. I gave it to him and he sniffed it and he ran away. To try to get him to like it I rubbed a raisin around it to try to get him to like it but he refused still. I'm hoping to get my money back. Also it is slimy which might be 1 reason he dislikes it.

My chin HATES these ! I put them in her cage and she runs away she realy hates them.. Dissapointed because the usual Vitakraft products are great. Maybe its just my chin but I would not buy these again!

I trusted the product because of the name and because it said it's for Chinchillas, but I got the bag home before I looked at the ingredients list. The top two ingredients are sugar and vegetable oil. Chinchillas should not have sugar or fat as treats. The only fat and sugar they get should be from a healthy diet of a quality pellet and hay diet. Anyway, I already had the package open so I decided to see if he would eat it. He sniffed it and wasn't interested. So I thought maybe he didn't like the smell of the outside so I broke it in half, but it was the same all the way through and he didn't like the inside either.

I recently got 3 chinchillas a couple days ago as a gift. Prior to getting them, I went shopping at Pets Mart for chinchilla specific food, treats and accessories. I found these treats and hoped for the best. My chinchillas love these treats! At first, they sniffed them, then they grabbed the treats from my hand and ate them. It's too cute to see them stare at me as if asking for another one. The ingredients aren't junk like the yogurt drops. I'm glad there are chinchilla specific treats sold here. I would definitely recommend these treats for your chins.

Pros: healthier alternative to yogurt treats, very reasonably priced

My chinchilla personally did not care for these. those are his personal tastes so im not going to down the product because of that.they were fresh and the product size and value for the money is good. if your pet likes these then they are a great buy.( i think they stink) lol!

My chins love these treats! Woodstock and Dreamer come running when they hear me open the bag to give them their treats.
Dreamer is a new addition to our home and at first she was hesitant about eating them, but one nibble and she is hooked.
I recommend this product to all my friends with chins, but, remember that chins tastes are different and what one may like, might not be liked by others. If you’re in the market for something new, give these a try. You've got nothing to lose. *chin hugs*

I got these because they were specifically made for chins and mine like fresh dandelions. My guys LOVE them. They beg for them and will drop their rosehips if they hear the crinckle of this bag. I do have one chin that won't take these and much prefers his cranberry things. To each his own!

I was really excited in buying these treats for my chinchilla thinking that it would be something he would really enjoy, but when opening the bag and trying to give him a treat he wouldn't eat it. He won't even touch the stuff and by the off chance that he does get close to it to smell it while I hand it to him, he moves his head away in disgust. I didn't want to let my money go to waste so I tried giving them to my pet rabbit and she seems to love them. I'm only giving it a bad review since it's made for chinchillas and mine doesn't like them and he's not really that picky with any other treats.
