I have tried so many brands of dog food for my Pom mix ad nothing seemed to satisfy her. When I bought this food at first she wouldn't touch it, after about a day or so she started to eat it and now she loves it!! Her fur is so much softer now and she seems to be happier. Over all this is the best food my dog has ever been on and I will continue to purchase this brand

After reading great reviews on the Blue Buffalo brand, I decided to change my 7 year old maltese's dry food and I am very glad I did. Not only can I see that the ingredients they use are great, but my maltese actually eats it like he enjoys his food! He would always wait until everyone else was done with dinner hoping for a little handout(i know, i know but who can resist those eyes???) and then eat his own food as a last resort. Thanks blue buffalo!

I have 3 chihuahuas very picky each of them... but since I bought Blue Buffalo Life Protec.. they love it, and they are not active dogs... I noticed a difference since they started with Blue food.
I do strongly recommended if you have chihuahuas

I have been getting my 7 year old corgi-beagle groomed at Pet Smart ever since she was a puppy. After several visits the groomer commented on how much fur she was shedding during her grooming. She had actually saved the fur and put it in a bag. She asked me what I was feeding and then said "no, I can tell you what you are feeding her." She named a brand and she was right. She explained that the food I was feeding my dog had chemicals in it to extend shelf life and caused dogs to loose large amounts of fur. I bought Blue Buffalo that day and started the switch. She loves it and I highly recommend it to all of my friends. The cost of the food is also more reasonable than at other pet stores.

I have a 3 yr old Shi Tzu and he has lots of allergies, I went to my nearest Pet Smart, spoke with a sales person and he recommend Blue Buffalo, after a month my dog is doing so much better.

My mini-schnauzer really loves it, great size kibble mixture so he doesn't eat to fast. My only regret is that it turns my dogs white beard a browny-red colour. I know that the food doesn't contain any artifical colours however it somehow reacts and changes his beards colour (it washes out) but still kind of unfortunate, as it hasn't happened with other brands I have tried in the past.

I adopted Simba almost 4 months ago. I don't know what he was fed when he was with his previous owner but I know SPCA was feeding him a high quality dogmfood. They gave me a free bag when I got him but for some reason, he didn't like it. The vet told me that Specific brand is a great so I got him the lamb flavored one, hoping he'd eat it but still no luck. My boyfriend's sister suggested blue buffalo so I tried the wilderness formula. He liked it more than his previous dog food but he wasn't eating enough. I switched to this one and he loved it! He eats his full serving now and gets really excited when I'm preparing his food. I'm very happy I came across this product and I'll keep feeding my dog with this food.

My Little Jack Russell well she was shedding really bad, so I went in and one of the associates told me about buffalo dog food, so I tried it because I saw the first ingrediate was deboned chicken not grain or meal but deboned chicken, she has been on this dog food for two years and she stopped shedding so much hair and she just loves it.
Her coat shines and she seems to digest this food a lot better than the others I have tried.
I tell everyone with dogs about this dog food.
Thanks for coming up with such a wonder pet food for dogs.

I have a min Pin and have been feeding her Blue Buffalo ever since she was 8 weeks old. She is 2 1/2 years old, she loves the food, and her coat stays so glossey and shiney, and the vet, says she is very healthy, and she is overflowing with energy. She is an ideal weight for her size, she stays between 4.6 and 5 lbs. She eats 1/4th cup twice a day. She also loves the yoguart and banana treats! So, I highly recommend the food.

I was trying to find a more nutritious food for my dogs, and I came across Blue Buffalo Dog Food. While there was a lot of hype surrounding the food, I researched it a little more and decided to give it a try. When the first kibble hit the bowl, my dogs snapped it right up! Even my picky chihuahua who tends to turn her nose up at everything, loved it! I like it because it does not upset my dachshund's sensitive stomach (unlike previous dog foods), and I have seen an improvement in the look of their skin and fur. I would definitely recommend this dog.

Tried several foods for my chi chi and several trips to the vet and about $1300 spent with no help.
Finally took matters into my own hands and put her on Blue.......best thing I ever did. She is fine now, no more bowel problems, no more skin problem. And she is growing nicely. It is quite expensive for one on SS but not quite as expensive as Vet bills.

I had very high hopes that this would help my extremely picky mini dachshund. She would go days without eating her food unless I mixed table food in, which she would only eat the stuff I mixed in and leave the kibble. After 5 years of never being able to find a food she liked, I have finally found one! This has been the only food ever that she's actually eaten every last bit of and still lingered around her bowl looking for more. Worth every penny!

I switched from Eukanuba Yorkie Breed food to Blue Buffalo after talking to a nutirtionist at Petsmart. My Yorkie had severe dry skin and would constantly scratch and lick her paws. The nutritionist told me that the fatty acids in the food would help my dod, and it did! Victoria absolutely loves her new food. I can also see a difference in her coat, it is so shiny now.

I decided to change my dogs food because she was licking her paws and biting her nails constantly. I changed from IAMS to Blue Buffalo and she LOVES it. I started off mixing the foods like you are supposed to and she actually ate around her old food. She picked out every piece of the Blue Buffalo and left the IAMS in and around her bowl! She even gets excited when I put the food out, which she never used to do. Its too early to tell if it will help with the licking/biting but at least she loves the food!

We have tried multiple foods since we got Andie and he has always been a PICKY eater.. and normally did not eat a full serving. This food by far has become his favorite part of the day. He has been on the food approx. 3 weeks and we can see a noticeable difference in his coat, weight and overall demeanor. He was very sluggish and always on the lean side (ribs showing). This food has filled him out and made him healthy. I would recommend this to anyone! Also if you compare the serving size of this to that of average "cheap" dog food.. for us it cost about $2 less a month to feed this, than the average grocery store brand food. I give a 5 star rating with no hesitation. I am looking to transfer my big dogs over to this food as well.

When we got our dog, he was being fed Royal Canin dog food. After a while, he wouldn't eat when he was fed. Sometimes the food would sit in his dish all day and night. We would try to feed him less, but he would still only eat it when he was really hungry. We switched to Blue Buffalo and now he gets excited when we get his food for him. We even had to buy a steel portion pacer to put in his dish to slow him down, because he would eat it so fast he would get gas. Eventually, we cut back on the amount he was getting because he was starting to gain weight - since he was eating every day. It's great that he loves the food and it is good for him too.
