Pros: absorbs the mess, big, washable
Cons: kinda spendy for a"mat"

"I have one of these, actually use it for my dogs too. Really cool item, it's a placemat that absorbs the spill from you pet. Kind of like having a clean up crew for each meal. My feeding area is in my kitchen and this item really controls the mess. Once a week I throw the mat in the wash and it's good as new. A++"
