From the time I brought him home at 10 weeks, my dog has hated dog food. I have tried several brands, all price ranges, wet, dry, frozen, you name it. The only thing he seems to like is his sister's food. She is a cat.
I finally found a brand of wet food he likes, but still he would not eat his rather expensive dry food. Then I picked up a trial pack of Mixables, and stirred it into his dry food. Not only does he love it, but his sister (the cat) pushes him aside so she can eat HIS food. (Turn about is fair play.) He may not like it, but SHE has really sharp claws and has been known to use them on him once or twice when he gets too rambunctious. Mostly, they share the bowl, and if I did not know I put food into it, I'd swear it was never used - it comes out clean as a whistle!

My dog loves this stuff. He's a picky eater and rarely eats his dry food unless it's topped with this. I've tried other wet food to mix with the dry, but this one seems like it's the best quality. He's a 12.5yr old poodle mix, but he acts like he's still 3. Don't know if this food topper as anything to do with his youthful demeanor, but I thought I'd mention it. I mix this on top of his Avoderm dry food. I also mix in Nupro Gold supplement. I only mix in 1/2 of the 3oz pouch with his dry food per meal.
Pros: price, high quality, digestible, taste

My dog is a picky eater. Having these perfect sized little pouches in my arsenal of tricks helps make meals go down on schedule. It is far easier than any other alternative for a quick meal change up. I just hope they are successful enough to start adding even more flavors.

Both of my male dogs love this product! I like to spoil them but I don't want to go too overboard as I don't want them to become overweight. It was tedious to have to measure out can dog food. These pouches are just the right amount to coat dry dog food with the gravy and has little extras of vegetables, pasta, meat morsels. Great variety to choose from!!

I have two beagles and my beagles love this product. I tried it one time to help my elderly beagle be more inspired to eat some dry food which is always helpful for their teeth. Now my beagles meet me in the kitchen for breakfast and dinner. Great stuff!!!!

While it may be a great treat on occasions, it has a lot of problems. If you put it on dry food everyday, your dog will get used to it and not eat his food without it on top. It also gives your dogs really really stinky gas and runny poo. I wouldnt give my dog this more than once a month
Pros: good as a treat on special occasions, dogs love it, may help your dog eat his food.
Cons: really stinky gas, runny poo, addictive to dogs, a big big mess.

I couldnt get my dog to eat until I fed him mixables. He absolutely loves this stuff. I mix a 1/2 of a small pouch into his dried food and he cleans the bowl clean.
