When I adopted my cat, I was told she liked interactive toys. I don't think there was a more accurate description out there for my cat. I got her some of these and she goes crazy. Loves them more than any of her other toys.
I play quite hard with her (from whipping the toy back and forth, hiding it under things so my cat can properly stalk the toy). Its also gone on trips with us and its been able to handle all of that flawlessly. (I know its basically a stick with string, but nothing has broken, frayed off, etc).
Pros: durable, Keeps Pet Entertained

Overall my cat loves this toy to the point that we have to buy it again about 2x a year. It gets 4 out of 5 stars because we usually have to buy two to have one for the year and fear that the toy maker will stop making them. We have tried other teasers just in case, but no, this is the one she wants. If the wand breaks, we just put it on another stick as it is the teaser we want. We wish we could buy just the teaser and not the other two toys as it is the mylar teaser that we have to replace over and over.

OMG, I didn't even get the thing out of the package before it broke!!! The string is attached to the end of the stick by the smallest amount of hot glue I've ever seen. I don't know how this would have ever lasted with my 10 lb cat pulling on it if he actually got to even play with it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Hands down the best teaser you can buy. The value is great! It come with 3 very different and very fun attachments (all include a bell) that are very easy to change, yet my cats haven't been able to pull the attachments off by accident during play. The best part is that is these attachments have the IDEAL amount of weight to them, which allows you to whip this toy around perfectly!
The soft fabric that makes up one of the attachments does shed a good amount when my cats get at it but, a small clean up is worth it for me!

All 4 of my cats absolutely love this toy. I've tried other wand/fishing pole brands & this one is by far the best. Nice long pole & nice long string attachment.
They like the feather attachments the best. I don't use the plastic ribbon attachment as I don't want to condition them to attack gift wrapping.
I've never had a problem with these breaking on their own. My cats destroy them though. They catch them & immediately try to pull the feathers out or try to run off with the toy & carry it to another room where they can destroy it in private. They also like to chew through the cord so I have to hide this toy from them! If the cats find the hiding place, they dig them out & play with it themselves.
Great interactive toy for your cat! Worth every penny!

Our kitten loves to play fetch with the tassle toy, but it's leaving little fuzzy things all over the place!! It's a great toy, but we're very disappointed with the fact that it's falling apart and we just bought it!!
He also loves the feathered thing and the ribbon thing when attached to the wand and we're not having any problem with either of those. His favorite, though, is playing fetch with the messy tassle.

The long brown attachment couldn't even be used. It shed all over the living room carpet. That went right into the garbage. The other attachments (we bought two additional) all broke within a week of buying them. They all broke in the same place: the little chain that allows their interchangeability. Worthless. I'm going to return them to the store. I just bought Da Bird, which uses a clip instead of these flimsy chains. I'm hoping for a better result.
I should say that before they all broke, my cats did love them.
Pros: my cats loved them
Cons: cheaply made, broke within a week

I bought this toy for my new Russian Blue kitten, Feather, and she absolutely loves it! She'll come charging after the feather or the streamer attachments from clear across the room. She especially loves the streamer attachment and will take flying leaps and backflips to get it. The only one I don't use is the fuzzy string one, because the ends are loose and it just sheds fuzz all over.
Overall, a decent quality cat toy for the price that my kitten loves. 2/3 attachments are really nice, but like any cat toy vigorous play wear and tear will show pretty easily. Also I would beware, a few times I have left Feather unattended with this, and she's gnawed off a few streamers from the one attachment. Cats love to eat string, and may swallow them if you're not careful.

The toy only lasted a week or so. Pita my kitty broke the metal chain part on 2 out of the 3 attachments (the feather adn the shine one). The 3rd i won't use with her because wthe one time that i did it felt peices of fulff everywhere. Pita love the oy but its not a very well made product thats for sure.

I've never seen a kitten go so crazy as my kitten did over this toy. Not only is it interactive, so that you can play with your kitten, its fun enough that he plays with it all by himself! he drags this thing (stick and all) EVERYWHERE throughout the house. He can't get enough of it.
There is only one other toy he goes to more than this one. So the million dollars i've spent on balls, probably weren't the best investment, hahaha.
Pros: fun, cats love it, decent quality, interactive, cheap!
Cons: feathers de-feather fast

My kitten loves playing with this, but be forwarned that the feather attachment has a lifespan of less than 1 weekend. My kitten shredded the feathers, and I've been throwing away peices of the mess over the past couple of days. Otherwise, it's a great toy.
Pros: kitten enjoys, little effort on my part
Cons: one attachment fell apart

I have several cats and they love this toy. They do flips trying to get the feathers or streamers! It is hard to get it away from them once they catch it. It gives them great exercise too! I have used this in a professional capacity also. It never fails to stimulate the feline sense of play! You won't be disappointed if you try this toy! It is wonderful!!
