My 15 month old dog all of a sudden decided to give poo eating a try... I have been giving this to her for a week now (as well as a daily probiotic). The first two days she had smelly gas but has since been fine about THAT. I am using this product in conjunction with rewards (I keep treats in my pocket for her and give her lots of praise!) and she has been doing very well. I am too nervous to discontinue use as we've only had this success for such a short time. Maybe in another week I'll give her fewer chewables each day and see how things go.

My dog had a bad habit or "cleaning up" after himself. I could always smell it, but never found the mess. I later found he was consuming it. (GROSS) I was skeptical at first about this product, but it really does work. He has not consumed his feces since taking these tablets. I give him one a day in the morning at breakfast time. The good thing is i don't have to fight him to take them. He gladly accepts the "treat".

Pros: easy to administer, works great, price

Don't even waste your money. I am on the second bottle and this has not deterred my dog at all. I am going to try something else. Very disappointed.

I have used powders and other pills for my dog, with little effect. the Nasty Habit pills seem to work very well - most of the time he has not interest in his stool. I think when he still does, it's from another product.

I tried Nasty Habit on both dogs. They would not eat the large tablet unless I ground it up to put in the food. Then they both had gas issues! This is going to create problems when I board the dogs.
I have used the Excel "deter" product successfully for years and they both ate the tablet along with their food. PLEASE bring it back to the stores!!!!

Cons: dogs do not like the taste, causes gas

I bought this product for my 12 year old dog who likes to eat his and other dogs waste. I did have to give it to him and my other dogs but so far after two bottles it has worked. I haven't even caught him trying to eat any waste (his or his siblings). I am really pleased with this product and would recomend it to anybody. I have tried the powder that you put in their food and they wouldn't eat the food. This is a chewable pill that the dogs love.

I bought this brand because the store didn't have the other brand I used first and Nutri Vet Nasty Habit did not work. It is more expensive than the previous brand I used and I had to give my dogs three times as much as the previous product. I do not recomend this product at all. It is a complete waste of money.
