"I ordered some of this "Get Serious" when we added a young male cat to our formerly two-cat home. I bought it for spraying and marking issues, but found it much more useful than I ever imagined. It's great for just about any biological spill in my home -- pet related or not! Outstanding for cutting through and cleaning up vomit and hairballs in carpets; thick funky urine from a kitty with kidney problems; diarrhea and kitty butt-wipe on the rugs. Today I even used it to clean up a bunch of liquid that dripped out of defrosting crab legs -- the aroma from the crab liquid was driving my young male cat bonkers until I cleaned it up with the "get serious", after which he had no more interest.
Get Serious smells mild and plesantly familiar to me. I recently realized that it smells to me like lemon cookies. I have some spills in my fridge that I'm planning to use it on, because the smell is so mild and non-offensive.
I won't be without "Get Serious" in my multi-cat household!"

"I purchased this product when i got my new puppy on 5/4/08...followed the directions, as directed. I purchased a new puppy last month, 8/18/09, and this new puppy is potty trained, but finds the exact spot where the first puppy went potty, which I had 'cleaned' with this product. She only leaves a quarter sized amount of urine everytime, disproving the products claim: "GET SERiOUS! actually removes the pheromone in the odors so pets won't re-mark area." Best to know of all incidences, prior to purchasing this product."

"I use a different amazing product (anti-icky) for cat urine odors, and I've tried lots of other products for general carpet cleaning, but nothing, absolutely nothing, beats Get Serious for dealing with the yellow stain that regurgitated cat kibbles leave behind.
I've used GS on white berber, brown indoor-outdoor, gray pile, and the pale blue wool throw-rug my mother bought in Egypt. Get Serious never fades or runs the colors, it gets rid of old stains, it's quick and easy enough that even "just pour and swipe at it a bit" kids can successfully do a clean-up, and it smells nice. I just ordered two gallons (to qualify for a free-shipping offer) because with four cats who never ever throw up on the tile floor where it's convenient, I know we'll keep using it for years to come."

"Ok, I will admit it, while potty training my puppy I wasn't exactly 100% on potty watch all the time, my puppy just about ruined my bedroom carpet in out rent house, the carpet is beige white by the way, so all the stains were VERY noticeable. The stains sat for about 2 months, some of them were what was left after I cleaned up fresh urine, and some of them were from urine that hadn't been cleaned up at all in the middle of the night when he didn't go on his potty pads. Get serious stain/odor remover worked exactly how it claims! I was pretty much amazed since that is rare in the wide world of stain remover products. I recommend and stand behind this product 100%. It kept my Mom and I from getting evicted by an obsessive compulsive landlord due to dirty floors! It also works great on tile grout!!!"

"I used this product based on the other reviews I read and the results did not fall short of what people were saying! My Yorkie has accidents on the same rug in my house and I used get serious to remove the stain- well it effectively removed the stain, eliminated the smell and my dog stopped "going" on that rug, AMAZING! I also have terrible allergies and I am very sensitive to cleaners- this one did not upset my allergies and did not leave behind a nasty chemical smell. I will never buy another stain remover! I definitely recommend this product!"

"My dog is completely housebroken. I've often wondered what would happen if I just didn't let him out. But I'm not sadistic. However, when he gets sick on the carpet and I just clean it up with something else, he chews and licks where he got sick. If I use this stuff, it's like he never even knew it was there. "I am amazed with the "Get Serious" pet cleaning products. I have been able to get the smell out of the carpets and stop my dogs from going to their favorite areas! "I absolutely love this product. It gets yuck out of anywhere. When I moved in to my new apartment and my new puppy pottied on the floor, I used this product and not only did it get the smell up, it cleaned the carpet as well. One time the puppy threw up leaving a nasty brown spot on the carpet and after an application of GS the spot is gone and that section of carpet is cleaner than the rest! It works on linoleum as well."

"I had bought this product after trying multiple solutions to clean the carpet in my home. It had stains from our new puppy, not to mention a smell. This product worked like magic! It took the stains and the smell right away! Before, you could smell the urine in the house. Now, you would never even know that an animal lives there. This product is amazing. I also used it on my dogs bed because he had gone to the bathroom on it. He has never gone to the bathroom on it again after using "Get Serious." The smell was completely gone! "This Get Serious cleaner is absolutely the best one I have ever used for removing odors and stains. I have tried a lot of products before but not one was as effective and easy as this one. I must say I was a bit skeptical when a friend told me about it, but with a dog and 2 cats I have been looking for some very serious help with cleaning my very light berber carpet for a long time so I bought a Gallon. My friend said to follow the directions, that it was easy, and the stains would disappear immediately. I was surprised to see how quickly the stains came out when I was blotting each area -I could actually see and smell it in the towel I was using! I even tried it on my older stains that I tried other cleaners on before and to my surprise they too disappeared! After seeing how clean my carpet looked where the spots used to be I decided to try it in my steam cleaner and do the entire carpet. WOW my carpets look like new again -Not only did my carpets look great everywhere but it smells so clean now too -it took out all kinds of mystery spots from both my four legged and 2 legged friends! I must say this is truly an outstanding product and I highly recommend it to anyone with pets or on cleanup detail."

"i tried this product after reading the reviews and it seriously doesn't work!!!! i tried two different areas in my house and my cat continues to go in those same areas. now i am not sure what to do except to replace the carpet when i can. the only thing i can give credit to this product is that the smell of the product is good. it doesn't have that chemical smell like the others i have tried."

"I have tired many products and this one is amazing!
Let me tell you what it has done for me. I use this stuff for potty training children and cleaning surfaces when my little boys missed. We have used it to clean vomit, diarrhea, and all kinds of strange things tracked across my carpet including oil, When by German Shepherd developed a bleeding disorder and had a nose bleed. His head shaking covered massive areas in three rooms and a hallway on WHITE carpeting with blood, it removed ALL the blood when used later in conjunction with a carpet steamer. A shadow of discoloration was removed by the steamer. I treated everything heavily. Get Serious kept the blood from setting in. It took a lot of work and scrubbing, but it ALL came out that was treated. I thought I was going to have to put in a claim on my home insurance. The only spot that didn't come out was a tiny spot we missed treating in the hall, and we cut those fibers. Now we had to do considerable working of the fibers and part of it we even heated the product a little. To me this was the most phenomenal because of the staining power of blood. Another time a neighbor came by and was complaining about the nasty smell, spilt milk left in her car. I gave her some and when I talked with her at church a couple of days later, she told me the smell was gone. I buy this stuff by the gallon because I have a busy household, and a light carpet color I inherited when I bought the house. I could go on and on.
Yes, I had one instance that has baffled me as to why it did not work, but only one. In the last eight or ten years one time it did not work exactly as expected, and it was a couch that was peed on by a very stressed cat. I did finally give up on the couch and got rid of it.
It has saved carpet, clothes, towels, upholstery, and other surfaces. I also had one child that potty-trained very late and would soil his clothes due to autism-related development. I would treat his clothes after removing the bulk of the soiling.
This stuff has saved me so many times. I can't imagine how much money it has saved me too. I can't stand a dirty house, dirty kids, or dirty clothes, but I love my family and pets. Stains disappear before your eyes. Sometimes the smell has to work itself out of the air and can take a little longer to disappear because it can disperse so widely."
