I ordered some of this "Get Serious" when we added a young male cat to our formerly two-cat home. I bought it for spraying and marking issues, but found it much more useful than I ever imagined. It's great for just about any biological spill in my home -- pet related or not! Outstanding for cutting through and cleaning up vomit and hairballs in carpets; thick funky urine from a kitty with kidney problems; diarrhea and kitty butt-wipe on the rugs. Today I even used it to clean up a bunch of liquid that dripped out of defrosting crab legs -- the aroma from the crab liquid was driving my young male cat bonkers until I cleaned it up with the "get serious", after which he had no more interest.

Get Serious smells mild and plesantly familiar to me. I recently realized that it smells to me like lemon cookies. I have some spills in my fridge that I'm planning to use it on, because the smell is so mild and non-offensive.

I won't be without "Get Serious" in my multi-cat household!

This product definitely works. It gets the urine out and doesn't leave an odor. My only problem is with the type of carpet that I have, it often leaves a soapy residue. I have to wait a day after it dries and then go over it with a little water.

The 1st time I had spraying/urine cat problems I bought this & Nature's Miracle at the same time. I used NM 1st & the next day smell seemed about 15% better. In the same room & an area rug in another room I used Get Serious! & WOW perfect results! I've bought this product 3 times total & I've used it in the laundry, & in a steam cleaner. Fantastic. It is not a spray bottle, it squirts & you have to use a soft toothbrush in circles when cleaning, but it's WORTH IT! Sad to read here that Petsmart is not carrying it in the store...? Others I've told about this have loved it too. Just because you haven't heard of the brand name before doesn't mean it doesn't work! Try this! Good luck! :)

Once you have tried this stuff, you will NEVER purchase another urine/barf removal product ever again. I am SO BUMMED that Petsmart has taken this off their store shelves. Now I have to buy it on line, which is a testament, right there, as to how great this product is. We have two small dogs, and this stuff takes out the smell, discoloration and barf stains, like no other. I tell EVERYONE I know, who has animals, about this product, but most people won't purchase this kind of product on line, since it's not convenient.

PLEASE, PETSMART, bring it back to your store shelves!

I love this stuff. I have tried everything to get the odor out from my cat after he "marked" his territory when we moved. The only downfall is they no longer carry it in the stores. Please Bring it back to the shelves. It is definitely worth carrying in store!

I had a few spots that other stain removers did not get rid of, but I used Get Serious and the stains are gone and the location my puppy would go to and soil he no longer has a desire to visit that location to soil. I couldn't find the product in the store so I had to order it on line but that was fine. This stuff is worth every penny, nickel and dime. The yellow spots are gone and my puppy goes to the right place now. Because Get Serious has added in the desire to go otger places.

This was recommended to me by a cat-behaviorist and I love the product! It gets up stains and odors easily and thoroughly. The best thing about it is using it in the laundry -- you put some on the soiled area, then add a cup of Get Serious to your hot wash-water. There's no need to add detergent or anything else. The items come out of the washing machine smelling fantastic!

I have been using this for years for my iguana's messes, and it works better than all the other pet stain remover products I've used, including others that also use enzymes to work.

Since GS works on all biological effluvia, it works for all animals, not just dogs and cats. I also add it to my washing machine when washing clothes that I've sweated in, as well as when washing loads of towels and blankets and pillow covers used by my pets. When my elderly, ailing, incontinent dad was living with me, I used it when washing his clothes, bedding, and washable incontinence pads.

Just follow the directions when using on a carpeted floor. After picking up and blotting up, I use a scrub brush to work GS into the carpet for 15 seconds, then blot with clean towels (or paper towels) until pretty much dry. On a tile or linoleum floor, I keep some in a spray bottle and spray it on and then wipe it off. You can see the little bubbles form when it comes into contact with bodily stuff on surfaces.

For some reason, I haven't found a Petsmart store that carries this product, so I always order a couple of gallons every couple of months, one for my laundry room, and one for my critter clean-up caddy.

It gets everything out. It even got an entire gallon of paint that my cat had knocked over on my carpet. She had done it days before I found it and this product got every single bit of it out. Its the most amazing product I have ever used. It also works wonders on Urine stains aswell and it doesnt feel like anything has ever even been put on your carpet. No residue or stiff feeling just simply amazing!!!

As a breeder I would like to share. I have been using GET SERIOUS for about a year to remove pet stains from the carpet when someone had a accident. My grandchildren came to visit for the summer and had a great time with all the puppies. I had so many pet stains,kid stains, eye shadow grounded in and who knows what some of the other stains where. I was ready to rip the carpet up. I put Get Serious in my carpet cleaning machine. I will never use anything else to clean my carpets with even if there are no pet stains. It lifted up all the hair, dirt,makeup etc. It worked so well that I tried it on my kitchen floor. It cleaned the grout. I use it in my kennel where it works very well and is not harmful to the small puppies. I also use it on the bedding after welping.

I have tried all of the other products and used Nature's Miracle for many years before finding Get Serious! This is by far the best product I have ever used for cleaning up pet stains, because it works over the long haul. I moved into a house that had wall-to-wall carpet and the previous owner had a small dog. After about a month stains would show up that weren't there when we moved in, and then visiting dogs that were normally well behaved would come in and mark. I got Get Serious! and used it as directed (takes 2-3 minutes if you do it right). The stains go away and do not come back, and dogs no longer mark in the places that have been cleaned. Even old, seemingly set stains come out, and the pheromones with them. This stuff really works. Clean it up once, and you don't ever have to go back and clean it again.

I have never found this product NOT to work! I read a couple of folks that claimed it didn't... but, how can that be? If it always works in my case, I'd think it would work in all cases. But... whatever, this is the best stuff for removing pet stains! I mean, it removed everything - smell, discoloration, all of it!

My dog tends to mark the same area. I tried all types of cleaners and possible home remedies. "Get Serious" is by far the best product that I have ever used. I could see the results after the first use. Plus, it's doesn't smell like chemicals. I have even used it in the washing machine to deodorize the pillow that my puppy sleeps on. I will never use any other product again.

Get Serious has worked for me every time. First, I clean up with paper towels, then my carpet shampooer, which gets rid of most of the problem. I use the Get Serious on the areas that are still stained or stinky, such as urine or diarrhea.

Follow the directions exactly and a little goes a long way. Gets odors other cleaners miss, does not yellow, and eliminates deep-down shadowy stains, even in my light colored carpet.

Also works great on mattress stains!

I have not used another product since trying this, it worked so well. I have it sent to me Alaska, but it's worth it.

I have been using this product since 2007 because my Yorkie is a wee-er. Hence her name Peenut. She's a nut who wees. But this stuff works!!! You need to use just as directed to get excellent results, but I also use it in my steam cleaner for one a month carpet cleaning. My 19 yr old son tracks grease in from his shoes and a little of this after microwaving and the grease is gone!!!
Also Great on things like comforters or dog beds. My Yorkie has gotten sick on my comforter and I thought it was done for. I microwaved this and rubbed it in the stain, then washed with a 1/8 cup in the wash and my comforter was like new!!! and it was a $200.00 comforter. This product has saved me so much money and frusterations. I would and do recomend it to everyone. : )

So far, I've used it to clean up dog urine on our carpet and the dog vomit in our car. It does cut through the smell, haven't noticed my dog urinating in the same carpet anymore (or could it be the potty training?). Have used it warm for older stains as well.

Would definitely considering purchasing this product again.

I have used virtually every product out there for cat spray urine problems. Two of my adult fixed males started spraying years ago when there were too many changes at home, one almost got the boot he was so bad. I finally put him on kitty valium (from the vet) which has been a god send, but I had old spray stains to contend with. The best product I could find was on the internet and could only get by calling and reordering and it was a pain to use and smelled bad. I am very smell sensitive and Get Serious has very, very little odor unlike other smelly cat products.

I finally found Get Serious and it has amazed me! It really did remove the "old" and stinky spray marks on my furniture that had been treated with many other products and steam cleaned with no results. Get Serious works great on any "new" sprays from my other boy, the only thing I've ever used that really took the smell and stain away! The other cat is now on Valium and it is again working great....just an 1/8 of a tablet a day for six months or so and the bad behavior stops, if you can get the previous spray stains removed which Get Serious finally did!!!!! I'm a very relieved cat mom!

Pros: best cat urine remover, works on old spray stains, very little smell

Cons: the sprayer didn't work very well
