My pump is attached to the Biube and is extremely quiet. It does need to be resting or attached to a flat surface or it can rattle, but if set flat you can barely hear it and it seems to work perfectly!!

This is my first tank and maybe air pumps are just supposed to be loud, but this one says "Silent" right on it and I can hear it 3 rooms away. To be fair, I tried another pump and it was even louder, but that one didn't claim to be quiet.
