Modern Look and It Works!

I recently switched to these high quality water bottles and boy am I impressed! This water bottle is nibble proof and has a 5 year guarantee! The manufacturer must really believe in the product's durability! Peanut hasn't chewed on this water bottle and I've been using it for a month! My last water bottle leaked like a shower but this one doesn't not leak what so ever. It has a nice modern look. And I couldn't believe the price of this water bottle! With this much quality I expect a higher price. I'm so thankful this product exists and I would recommend this to all critter owners! Thanks!

I have a hamster and this bottle is perfect for him! It fits in the cage perfectly. Although, the instructions are a little difficult to understand, it is overall very good.

I got this because my cage for hamsters is wire and this was the only water bottle that comes with velcro adhesive in the package to stick to the bottle and the glass. It would not stay up. The bottle kept continuously falling off and flooding the floor.

Love this bottle. Its a perfect size. I love the holder. Secures easily to my rats cage. I love that you can just lift it out and set it back in. I am the happiest that it doesn't leak at all.

I bought a dwarf hamster cage (critter universe expanded) that came with a HORRIBLE water bottle that dripped non stop until it flooded the floor. I got fed up & tried several different bottles, but none of them worked...they either dripped a lot or they didn't fit on my cage. I finally found this bottle & it fits on the cage perfectly & rarely ever drips! All bottles will drip, but this one is the best. It will let out a drop every now & then, but it doesn't leak constantly like others I've tried. It does not flood my floor like that first one did. I HIGHLY recommend this bottle to anyone who is tired of cleaning up puddles.

Was pleased to find that not only did the metal flap not feel flimsy as I bent it over the lip of the tank (and will fit tightly if you press well enough, great for screen tops), but the holder also comes with a twin piece of velcro so you can secure it in place against the glass in addition to just hanging it, which is something I hadn't seen in the reviews when looking for a bottle. Also, that flap swings up from against the backing of the holder; I may be old-fashioned but I remember the old types that are already bent to fit the lip of the tank. Another thing I noticed is the solo holders in the stores seem to have sharp edges all around; this has a finish that rounds off those edges; whether or not it will peel off is yet to be seen, as I just purchased it tonight. I noticed that the bottle doesn't leak when I tip it over and slide it into the holder; at the same time it seemed as if no water was coming past the ball. I tapped the tip and its as if it actually seals (which you'd think all bottles should do) when you fill it then tip it upside down; you apparently need to tap the ball in a time or two to wet the ball and break the seal. At the same time, it seems that the seal between ball and tube isn't too tight either. I'm interested in seeing will the ball stay wet or would I need to consistently wet it for the seal to work properly. 4 stars only because time needs to elapse to see how this finish will hold up, last thing I need is my mouse eating paint chips, as well as seeing how this seal will act over time. Some may think it doesn't hold enough water, which it doesn't, but I am at my computer at home a lot so I can just look over and see when it needs filled.

A PetSmart worker told me that this would be best for my pet rat Snickers and they were right she cant chew through it and it does not leak!

I used this bottle for my gerbils years ago. Loved it. Got a new one for my mice. Love it. Just got a rabbit and need a bigger size! I have tried two other bottles for my rabbit and they both have the same problem - they don't dispense water! I have never ever had that problem with this bottle. As other posters have said, you might get a few drops at the beginning, but then it is 100% reliable - no leaks and still easily dispenses water.

This waterbottle does leak a little at first but once you tap the tip it stops leaking so thats good.This is a great waterbottle because it also chew proof. But i wish it came in bigger sizes.

I have a robo hamster, the smallest of all dwarf hamsters. They can fit through the bars of almost any cage so a tank was the way to go for me. The only thing was, I wasn't sure what water bottle to get. All of them seem to be designed for wire cages and I was so frustrated. Then I saw this one which claimed to work for both wire cages and tank, so I decided to give it a try and I love it.
Perhaps it was just me, but the directions were a little confusing. I wasn't sure what I was suppose to do. Then after reading it over a few times, I realized I could bend the metal back to fit my tank. After I got that situated, I loved it.
It holds more than enough water for my dwarf. The metal bit is big enough for a Q-Tip to slip in and clean. It drips a little at first, but as with many water bottles, it stops after the hamster drinks. Great product. Always my water bottle of choice.

It's a great size, it's very durable, and it looks nice; but I have problems with it leaking. Not all the time, but enough to be concerned about.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I kind of wish I had bought a different one. I'm considering replacing it.

I was upset when I filled this bottle up and it started leaking. However, when my hamster first took a drink from it, the leaking stopped and now i ♥ it! So if its leaking for you, just tap the end of it and it wont leak. I just wish the store stocked the bigger bottles, as my syrian drinks quite a bit.

this is great for any cage it is very chew proof but because im a boy and my hamster is a boy i don't like that it has flowers on it. also i just stuck one of the industrial clue Velcro strips on to the tank at the height that i wanted it and then i put one on the bottle on the part that can go up but i didn't bend it i just kept it folded. it doesn't leak much barely if you shake it enough also it is hard to adjust the strips but if you have longer nails or know someone whom does get them to take it off and change the height.

I give this water bottle a 4 out of 5, it works well and I have never had a problem with it leaking.
The only problem I have is I have a 10 gallon tank and this bottle is very noisy because my gerbils like to try to chew it.

Perfect for hamster

Just got this to replace an old water bottle, and I love it! I use a homemade bin cage for my hamster, so the adjustable metal hanger was perfect and took about 3 seconds to set up. I have had some trouble in the past with water bottles not letting out enough water, so my hamster would impatiently be biting the nozzle to get more out...no problems with that here. Cleaning/refilling is just as easy as with any other bottle. I would highly recommend this for anyone with a bin or aquarium cage, or if you have had any problems with other water bottles.

i bought this for my chinese hamster almost a year ago and its insane! it was able to and still can be used and its gone thru an aquarium, a bin, and CT cages. this is the first water bottle i ever used and i dont regret it at all
