I have a Green Cheeked Conure, Ruby, who is very picky about which food she would eat. After countless attempts, she finally picked up one pellet and ate it. She was continuous of this act, and she finally got used to eating it. She actually really liked it! We mixed some of Kaytee's seeds with the pellets, which made it all the more enjoyable. She liked it so much, she averaged half a bowl a day. These pellets are made from all natural ingredients, which provides any bird with enough nutrients! It's great! I would highly recommend!
This may be the exact formula for Cockatiels but I give this to my Green Cheek Conures because they are the same size as a Cockatiel. They do not eat the pellets designed for Conures because they are too thick. The thin size of these pellets make it easy for them to break a piece off. I'm certain that using these pellets will give them more nutrition than feeding them only seeds, fruit and veggies.
Pros: my green cheek conures' preferred pellet mix, thin and easy to chew up, smells good to me

the long green things, my bird will eat all but those. we have named them the "green worms". this was a nice change from the other food i was feeding her. i still supplement with the fiesta for some variety.

This is my birds' main diet now. It took less than 2 weeks to have them completely weaned from an all seed diet to sole pellet diet. I guess they like it. I still give them seeds every now and then as treats and fresh veggies every day. One thing with this food: food coloring. Your bird's poopie will turn RED after they are on this. There are different color pellets and they will always leave the red ones behind. I guess they don't really like the red ones...
